Honestly great location. Used the app, parked, went in and sat down. Got our food for a family of 6 within 10 minutes (this including special sandwiches with mac and cheese) so in my book that's not bad at all. Super clean, nice staff. Forgot a few of our drinks but honestly it was a busy day, things happen! Wasn't the end of the world. Just had to go up and ask them but they were already on it trying to figure out what went wrong!

Second time at this location and will make the trip to go to the yorktown location. They forgot my sauce, no straws and got my order wrong. We went over my order twice and before paying and still got it wrong.

Hello. I just left this location and without my order. I was using my free medium fry reward. The app said my order was ready, but yet it wasn’t. I waited about 10 minutes. The young lady was very nonchalant as well. I seen plenty of fries going out but yet I wasn’t getting my order. I finally just told her to forget it. I had to leave.
I usually have good service at this location but not so much today.

Food is good if fresh & hot. Ice cream cones are not ok. You pay over $2.00 and they try to hand you a cone of ice cream like they give a little kid. I have it back every time & request my money back and they remake it. All the food is good as long as fresh & HOT. When sandwiches sit on a hot lamp for too long the breading on the chicken gets soggy & sometimes the the breaded chicken loses its taste. So I try to go when I know it's gonna be fresh/ by the first 30 minutes before lunch and or dinner. Do not inconvenience them. Cause some people get an attitude if you tell them sorry this is not hot. Because whoever is back there will hand them whatever is under the heat lamp ignoring the " she wants a fresh sandwich". And when I tell them it's not hot, they have to walk back & forth. I had one person tell me one time " I told them you wanted a fresh hot sandwich" & they would say to me the cook doesn't care. They are not the one who has to walk back and forth all day when they ignore the fresh and hot sandwich. So when I can I go at times when meals start. The salt and sugar in tea's & shakes depends on your taste and if your watching your intake for your health.

This Chick-Fil-A goes the extra mile. They even pre-chewed our tots for us (see photo). Looks like someone shot Waffle House hash browns out of a shotgun. Looks like a toddler sneezed a whole mouthful of tots into the box. Looks like they were trying to foot-mash wine like they did in the Old Country, but realized someone swapped the grapes for hash browns and didn’t want to waste the taters. This looks like a box of smashed hamster lightly tossed in white truffle oil. Next time, I’ll pass on the Pre-Chewed Cathy Confetti.

Very, very poor customer service. Made a big deal out of asking for a cup of water. I spend a pretty penny at Chick-fil-A for your lead or manager to say that to me.
