Fantastic as always. Our favorite Mexican food place to go and always here for Cinco de Mayo.

First and foremost, the food here is AMAZING!!! Unfortunately, the service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

We arrived around 5:30pm to a half full restaurant. We had 9 in our party, and it took a lot longer than it should have to arrange a couple of tables to accommodate. We were left awkwardly standing in the doorway for about 10 minutes until they figured it out. Once we were seated, we sat and waited....and waited....and waited. Server after server passed by and none of them stopped by our table. Finally we got the attention of one of them who apologized that no one had come to our table, and offered to take our order even though it wasn't her section. Since we had been sitting so long we went ahead and ordered our food and drinks together. And then we waited...and waited...and waited. Our waitress came by several times to apologize as we watched other tables get their drinks before us even though they ordered after us. Apparently, she wasn't able to make the drinks herself since she was under 21 but all the other servers were able to make their own drinks so we were at the mercy of either a very slow or understaffed bartender. Our drinks arrive ONE HOUR after we we arrived at the restaurant!!! One of our drinks was wrong, and the waitress again apologized and showed us on her ticket where she had the right order but the bartender screwed it up. We really felt bad for her as she was clearly trying her best but had zero support from the back of the restaurant or management (which was absent the entire time). And of course our food came out with the drink order adding to the chaos and taking away from the dining experience as we should have had our drinks to sip on prior to getting our meals. But I will say, that the food itself was the best we've had in the area. Everyone was very pleased with their dishes, but unfortunately is does not overshadow the horrible customer service. I'm not sure we're willing to risk another round of horrible customer service for the food.

I ordered pick up and without asking they put a 10 percent tip. It also came with no utensils or napkins. The burrito was good but the chips and salsa were not.

I get the chicken and rice after I work out at the gym next door. It's always delicious though you can tell when it's made by the different chefs because it always has a slightly different seasoning. I see a lot of people go here at night to watch the ball games and set at the bar. They all look like they have a lot of fun.
