Chili's Grill & Bar

We had a great lunch at Chili's today. My husband's only complaint was that he couldn't get chili as a side! Can you believe that, no chili at Chili's! I wish I could remember the waitress's name. She is excellent.

Terrible service and management. We went for my daughter's birthday and had the bill messed up multiple times. I was charged twice for over $120. Management said one of the charges would be refunded and it was not. Always check your bill because they will mess it up, even after multiple tries.

Recently went here with family as it was one of my wife's favorites. It will be a while if and when we go back. Food was mediocre at best, wife ordered grilled chicken on salad it came with fried, they did fix though. Menu has less items now than a year ago, waitress took over 10min to bring 2 waters to table, then when I paid the bill she brought the wrong change (was a dollar short) so that came out the tip.

I never leave one star reviews, but just had a really interesting experience while trying to have dinner here tonight. Walked into a basically empty restaurant and told it would be a 30-45 minute wait because “the kitchen is back up” and “two parties just walked in.” Literally - servers standing around.. hardly any tables.. and we couldn’t be helped. And honestly that would have been fine if the hostess hadn’t been so rude about it. I’m usually very understanding, but this experience was super offputting.

Two bad experiences in less than 10 days

First visit (Thursday, July 10, 2025): I ordered a rare steak but was served one that was well-done—dry as charcoal. I didn’t complain at the time.

Second visit (Tuesday, July 15, 2025): I and my kids came here and placed our order and waited over an hour. The food was only brought out after we had already finished our drinks and waited over one hour. This time, I did raise the issue, and the manager came out and offered us a discount, which appreciated.

Disappointing to have two poor experiences so close together, especially given the reputation of the place. I hope this feedback helps improve service going forward.

We always have friendly waiters when we eat in. The food served hot and fresh. My husband and I both ate the Old Timer burger and fries. Not greasy just delicious!

The food was ok, not as hot as I wanted it, but it was so freaking cold in there the food probably didn't stand a chance anyways. It's winter time I'm not saying keep us snug as a bug but don't freeze us out to where we're scoffing down food to pay and leave...
