I love the food here, so I decided to go for my birthday. The service was horrible. Our waiter brought out cups and silverware but no water. Then he seemed to have a bit of an attitude when we asked another waiter for our water. He had no people skills whatsoever.
After we ordered, we were forgotten about. No one came back to our table until we were done and that was after my husband waved someone down. They should at least ask if we're doing okay.
I've never had an issue with the service in the past, but this was also my first time going in the evening.
Not everyone is meant to work in the service industry and some of the wait staff at choice should seek employment elsewhere. None of them showed any evidence of good customer service.

I eat here at least once a week. The KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) is AMAZING! Crispy and juicy, I don't know how they do it. Soy garlic sauce is so good. Bulgogi is fantastic. Try Choice and you'll be hooked just like me and my co-workers

First impression, the place was beautifully decorated and a very cute place to hangout with friends. You get seated immediately and order off of your phone. There's a lot of options for food. We ordered the KFC with yangnyeom sauce and honey garlic sauce, house boba tea, the sampler kimbap, and Kimchi Soon Doo Boo Guk Bop which came with japchae.
Kimbap:
Solid choice but not the most flavorful one I've ever had. It was $7 which was a bit pricy for the 6 you get.
Korean fried chicken: for $17 you get 10 pieces. They were juicy and crunchy. A very delicious option and it was nice that you can order the sauce on the side. It also came with pickled radish which was delicious
Kimchi Soon Doo Boo Guk Bop: super hot and flavorful and $15. The only downside was the tofu was all crumbled up instead of bigger chunks. It came with japchae, kimchi and rice. The japchae definitely had too much sesame oil but was still decent.
House special boba tea: a great option! It was $6 and the boba was nice and soft but still chewy. Overall, not too sweet either.
In summary, the food came out super quick and the place is really trendy for photos. A good spot for Korean food but definitely little pricey. I would say the place is great for introverts since you can order off of your phone.

Choice by far, is one of the best Korean dinning experiences I've had. Not only is the staff amazing, but the food is amazing. I love the fact that I can come in for lunch and do my own Ramen bowls. The bulgogi beef is the best Choice, by far.

This has become my go to restaurant! They have everything your Korean palette desires! They are quick and the food is always DELICIOUS! And drinks?? They are so good. Please give them a try!

All around perfect experience. With it being new, I didn't have high expectations on service standards. It took a bit of confusion with the server and us to get the correct things ordered, but when the food came out and drinks, it was correct and exactly what we ordered. Fresh and hot. 10/10 recommend. This will be my husband's and it's new lunch date spot, for sure!!

First time here for lunch and their fried chicken sandwich is unbelievable! You get to customize everything on your sandwich including the sauce and side! We also had beef bulgogi and kimbap sampler and everything was phenomenal! Cannot wait to eat here again! Gamsahamnida!

The menu is quite limited. Have to use app to order food although you're dinning in and they ask for a tip up front which I don't understand. A tip is based off the level of service you receive. The food didn't have flavor the servings were small. Great atmosphere tho, but I'd rather go to a restaurant for good food.
