Tasty and friendly people
Great ice cream well worth to stop
Miss Yasmin helped me out right before close and made me such a big and yummy ice cream! She was all alone on a school night (being a high schooler herself!!) and still was taking DoorDash orders! Such a hardworking young lady still doing school! That’s the type of work ethic this gen needs
Yasmine is the best!!! She is an asset to this company at 17 she has stellar customer service skills!!!! Amazing service!!!
To expensive for ice cream! I paid $17.17 for one small sugar cone and a small waffle cone two scoops one topping. Will not be returning
Super cute place. Good service. Excellent ice cream. Families, pets and couples all around. Clean area in City Center. Near movie theater, various eats and shopping. Two thumbs up.
Sweet cream, matcha, and lavender ice cream is incredibly good! The service is very friendly. Prices are what I would expect for this area. They’re open late so no need to worry about finding other options in the evening.
Got the cheesecake flavor. It was lightly cheese flavored and good. I am so curious about the sweet cream flavor for next time. Cash discount
I just want to give a HUGE thank you to ZEKE!!! My daughter and I order ice cream from the city center practically every Saturday. Today, DoorDash was not cooperating, so I called and spoke with Zeke, who made sure my daughter got her ice cream. The smile on my baby's face, thanks to ZEKE, is all I could ask for. ZEKE definitely deserves to be acknowledged. Genuine customer service is hard to find these days. THANK YOU ZEKE!!!
Employees were nice. Price way too expensive 23 dollars for 1 shake and 1 ice cream cone. 7 dollars just for the cone, 7 dollar for ice cream and 7 dollars for shake. Ice cream is good but is just regular ice cream nothing special.

I tried several flavors before choosing what to take home. The green tea and lavender did not taste like I had envisioned. They tasted like vanilla ice cream that was colored with a hint of something that can't be made out.
I dont find the price of the toppings to be worth the price. I don't like how there are limited options to choose from like coldstone. Nothing to rave about here. If you want ice cream, you got ice cream.
Ice cream was OK. Kind of icy but it was the perfect creaminess. Just taste like average ice cream

Went in to get icecream with my two young kids today. I typically order them a small to split instead of two kid sizes. He showed me the kid cup (which looked almost the size of a sample cup) and it was $5. I told him i’ll just do the small and have them split it if i could get an extra cup. He hesitated and told me I could only have one flavor and I said that was fine.
After I got mine and my kids icecream, I asked/reminded him I would like an extra cup. He again hesitated and told me next time it would be 30 cents for the extra cup.
We won’t be returning, even though the icecream was good. Customer service and not nickle & diming your customers is the most important to me.

It's the only homemade ice cream place on the peninsula south of Williamsburg
Tried this place for the first time. I ordered a strawberry milkshake. They only had one size and that was ok. The strawberry ice cream was very pink which was a flag to me that there was artificial color and/or flavor. The milkshake was smooth and creamy but tasted like vanilla ice cream. You could see small specks of what I assume was strawberries. This shake has no strawberry flavor and for over $9 with tax, I expected 12 ounces bursting with strawberry flavor. The service was very good but I’ll pass on them next time.
