Not impressed. Hardly any flavor in the ice cream. The butter pecan tastes like it's freezer burnt. I wanted Oreos in my ice cream and they just tossed some on top. Very disappointed after seeing photos that looked as if they mix toppings in like Cold Stone. Definitely will stick to cold stone or even skinny dip.

Clean, located in City Center, milkshakes taste nice somewhat small potion compared to other chains. Gives a cash discount to customers paying cash which is nice. Small seating area inside with a few places to sit outside to enjoy your ice cream parking somewhat hard to find. Going to come back again to try other things on menu.

Why do you need to pay for a ice cream cone when you purchase ice cream? Ice cream was ok at best. The service was all over had 5 people talking to us and all were told same order but then they messed it up. I was charged for 2 additional ice creams that were people behind us. The store was clean. The ambiance was ok

Over priced for hot fudge sundae only one scoop of ice cream for the price that I paid. It would’ve served me to go to Dairy Queen. Their hot fudge was more like chocolate syrup.

Visiting Norfolk and Newport News area. Tried the Blue Cotton Candy ice cream. It was delicious! It reminds me of the cotton candy from Baskin Robbins.

$9 for a Brownie sundae, literally 2 small chunks of brownie in the bottom. What a waste of money for an already overpriced plain no name brand ice cream. Never again.

For the cost the portion sizes are rather small. The ice cream is good, but I think I spent like seven dollars and this is what I got. If you want to split flavors, there is an extra charge even though it is the same amount of ice cream.
