Over priced mushy crap. Only 1 person working. She is busy on the phone & does not look up or excuse herself. Floors need to be mopped. Tables are sticky & dirty.

Update: Nov 9th 2024- I am embarrassed that I posted this review. A business works hard to attract and keep clientele. Reviews like this can do a lot of damage. I should have taken this up with the manager if and only if this was a continuing theme. One complaint for one wrong day/evening could cost someone their job. People have kids to feed, households to uphold. So, I would like to apologize to Cold Stone Creamery for this post.

Every time I go to this location off of Jefferson, its always got a line, HOWEVER, thats completely understandable given that the employees are quick, kind, always in a good mood, and amazing at making every experience a positive experience. The place is always immaculately clean, always well stocked, and far better quality than anything else around. Absolutely with the cost and the short wait time.

Jayda Hughes is an excellent employee and very pleasant. She made this a very enjoyable experience. Very worthy of her employee of the month status. The Jello Banana Pudding ice cream is the best!
