The cashier was obviously not properly trained in her duties. That showed when she didn't know how to put back credit on a credit card. The employees stood around gossiping and complaining. The bartender was very argumentative and had zero interest in trying to help the cashier that was struggling. They charged me for a beer they didn't even have on hand. The Mgr. told them to give me a beer of my choice since they were out of the one that had already been charged to my credit card. Yet they charged me for the one the manager told them to give me, all the time no one has made the actual credit card charge right. I used to be able to go there order a to go meal, and have a beer while I wait. Not anymore, I don't think I'll be going back there. The level of service has taken a nose dive. Why pay top dollar for be ripped off and talked to with zero dignity or respect. That bartender is in the wrong line of work. He needs a job where he has to interact with the general public. Him or a box of snakes! Pick your poison.

My boyfriend loves this place. He likes the fatty flounder sammich. Really crispy and flavorful. They also have their own tarter sauce that comes with the sandwiches that we really enjoyed and goes great with all the sides we ordered as well. I had the fish tacos and they were really good as well. We would definitely be regular patrons at this joint.

I've been looking for a good catfish sandwich for a while. I was surprised at how clean it was when I walked in the door. The cashier was very polite. Even though I messed up my order, she kept her cool with a smile. I've been a few times, and each time it's been great. I like to visit a place a few times before reviewing, so these 5 stars were earned!

This is a great little seafood place. Although it looks like everything is fried, you can request broiled, you just have to wait a little longer. Staff is friendly. Food is tasty & pretty quick.

I just don't understand what the hype is about this place. The food is pretty bland. When it's busy, like it was when we were there, you can't social distance at all. We waited outside. The food is pricey. Really wish it had More flavor. The best part was the fried okra.

First time visiting. I drove 35 minutes to get there, because there were so many positive reviews. Well, I'm not sure if those reviews were written by family members. Lol. The food was not great, nothing to brag about or a revisit. The fish and shrimp baskets had NO SEASONING and fish was over cooked. The place was clean and good customer service. The commercial got me there, good advertising, but I won't be back, SMDH!!

Food was delicious! Super professional staff! My husband and I stopped here for the first time while out of town. We visited the Chesapeake/Portsmouth location. My husband had the catfish and shrimp Po'Boy and I ordered the fish and shrimp with Mac and cheese. I also ordered a side of hush puppies which were mistaken for fried okra. My husband called the restaurant and we were given a double order of hush puppies for our troubles. We will definitely be back.

Not enough food for the price shrimp aren't that big its a small portion they have other stuff on the menu but it's not worth the price I won't return food was ok nothing special

We could not figure out how to send our order online so we called it in and prepaid. Very minimal wait, a bit pricy but the Skrimp (20 large shrimp) Basket was good. The Coleslaw was good too.

Everything is so good! We've eaten in and done carry out and everything has been fantastic! We've had catfish, shrimp, oysters, cod, and flounder. The Mac and cheese is super yummy! $12 for a pound of catfish is a great price too! Breading was light and perfect! Can't wait to go back!
