Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We sat for at least 45 minutes (no exaggerations) after ordering to get our food. Food was OK, but dumplings stuck to each other (not fresh?). At the beginning I asked for a few pieces of cornbread. Was told it was in the oven and would be out in 20 minutes. Where the hell was the chef that let it get down to less than what could be served in 5 minutes? Then it wasn't really good....VERY oily. Came out within 5 minutes of us leaving the table. BAD service. We checked with 3 different waitresses for our food. NO help given. Server was polite, but never apologized for the wait. When I complained at the register, nothing was compensated or no apology there, either. Guessing the server was new? Still, we had 3 kids with Grandpa and Grandma and it was almost 2:30 by the time we ate....and we arrived around 12:15. Won't go here again.

I have been to some really Cracker Barrel locations but this was not one of them. Food was pretty consistent with other locations but the waiter was inattentive and the restaurant and store could use a little help.

food was great, the restaurant was busy, but we didn't have to wait. Our server Morgan was exceptional, she had several people to take care of, and she done it without missing a beat. will definitely be back and ask for her.

The food this time was not up to par. It was made wrong and missing items. I waited almost a hour and then didn't get all I paid for or the service I had come to expect.
