I called in a order to go while I was shopping at another store so that it would be ready for pickup when I arrived. Went to pickup about 40 minutes later and my order was no where to be found. I was told it might have gotten picked up by door dash. I had to wait another 15 minutes while they prepared my order again. This is the second time this has happened to me.
The staff and the manager was very apologetic and I didn't have to pay for my order.
