Did not realize this location was closed and an employee saw me walking to
the door and rushed to lock it without saying anything. A simple “ma’am we’re closed” would’ve been fine. That was unnecessary and poor customer service.

Our typical ice cream favorite place. The staff is generally polite and quick to take orders and complete them as well. In my opinion, the ice cream is a lot better than the food.

Parking: Careful going in to drive thru and exiting. Its a bit wonky if you want to go to the street light exit.

My husband and I just went into the Dairy Queen on Warwick. We have been in there so many times we have a service dog and they kicked us out, She’s a little 5 pound Chihuahua and she was in her stroller wasn’t interrupting anybody nobody was even in the store. They kept our food hostage. They interrupted us the whole time we were eating. It was absolutely horrible. Treated us like a damn criminal. We will never be there again.

Exceptional service. Unlike Chesapeake, they are very nice and super fast here. Reminds me of my DQ back home in Austin,Tx on Lamar Blvd. I’ll be back, again.

Absolutely zero pride in their work, an obvious I dont care attitude. Every time I go there they screw something up.
Update
Decided to give them another chance and guess what they screwed it up yet again. They just cant seem to do anything right. Won't be going back!!!!!

Either the service here is great or non existent. Yesterday everything was great but over the weekend the person working the counter wasn't functional. It wasn't clear what they were doing but perhaps under the influence... We eventually just left.

Always friendly and pleasant service! Our order is always correct, and we are served with a smile. Also, the drive-thru moves really fast even though there's usually a line wrapped around the building. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars!!!
