According to the "tracker" and email that I received, I should have received my order in 32 minutes tops. It's been over an hour and when I called the store to ask about it they told me to not trust the tracker or email. If I can't trust the tracker or email, then why do y'all have it?!?

Everything takes twice as long at this store every single time, it never fails. They do not even have the courtesy to call and let you know a small order will take and hour, heck they’ll hardly mention a word as you stand their waiting for it.

I ordered a large veggie pizza with a mixture of different cheeses and spinach. To be honest, it tasted better than it looked. And, I've never eaten a whole large pizza before to myself. 🫣👀 I was browsing on the internet and forgot I was still eating it!😢 I feel ashamed, but it was good going down.🤭
Vegetarian options: I only saw a few pieces of spinach on the top (maybe 5 leaves), but when I bit it, there was more underneath the cheese. So, I calmed down because I wanted to taste the spinach as well. And, the right amount of cheese. Thanks, Joshua - this one taste better than the two veggie pizzas I had previously. I like the fact my cheese was evenly distributed and not on one side. My grandson enjoyed his pepperoni & sausage pizza, too.

Dude who answers the phone is a joke and is lucky I was with my family trying to order food, or I would of came in person to deal with him myself, I tried ordering something you guys don’t have on menu but other dominos have made for me multiple times after telling me there’s nothing he can do he proceeded to say “aight bye” and hangs up the phone while I was planning on ordering more food but now I will spend my money somewhere else because of his actions and attitude, dude is a joke and needs to watch his attitude while dealing with people

Food here is always hot and tastes great. My daughter loves the crust, which is amazing as she never eats the crust anywhere else. The crew and manager are always happy to help, i ordered from the wrong store by accident and they took care of the whole process of canceling and reordering, then had 2 pizzas and a chicken oreder done and ready to go in less the 10 minutes. Best dominoes around!

Ordered some late night pizza. When the delivery guy got here everything was good until he dropped my pizza. He asked me to check them, but my hands were full. So when I got inside, I sat the pizza down and checked on them. They were all smushed. I called the store because the delivery driver had already left. The lady on the phone, I’m assuming the manager seemed very hesitant to make things right. She said it was going to take a long time to get me a new pizza, wanted to make sure I didn’t eat anything(although I was going to have to wait a “long time” for a new pizza) and not only that, she called me back a few seconds later after the first call, implying that I was lying. Saying “you told the delivery driver the pizza was still good” which I never said. So I told her to just give me the refund and they can come get their smushed pizza back. Customer service and hospitality go a long ways, it’s unfortunate, definitely after the fact of receiving a 25% tip.
