I was hungry that night and they said it would be 2 hour wait for them to make my pizza. I really love this place cause the last time I went, they made a perfect pizza and my tater tots. But with their wait times , I know they serve the Shipyard for NEWPORT NEWS , and if they were that busy, they could have locked the doors so someone knew they were busy with Shipyard people.

Picked up a couple pizzas from here on a Sunday night. Marvin was holding the store down himself, prepping, baking, and cutting pizzas while assisting customers. He was obviously swamped with orders and working very hard, but was still extremely courteous. Give Marvin a promotion or raise.

I don’t know if it was because the gentleman was training someone but the pizza was like eating a box 😖😫😩 superrr dry and dark… customer service was top tier however but my family can’t eat that… the garlic butter stuff on the crust probably wouldn’t have been a missle if we had a decent pizza to match…..

They cancelled an order for 12 large pizzas for a get together that I placed ahead of time on their app. They called me and said they didn’t have the “product”. I’m like let’s change the order to something you do have, I took people’s money for this order, they are expecting something to eat. They’re like no, the truck didnt her here. I called another domino and they did not deliver because the location fell under the dominos that cancelled the order. What a shitshow. I had to drive and go get the pizzas and by the time I got them it was an hour late. Why not put on your app the order cannot be placed then? Now I have to do a credit card dispute too because they didnt even refund me. Im sure dominoes is a good company, it’s the staff and manager of this particular one that suck!

We often order here but this time has been the worst experience and we will not be ordering here again. Order said 40-50 minutes for delivery. 2 hours later still no pizza, no tracking available, the store can’t get in touch with their driver and we were told there is nothing they can do. They won’t offer a refund, future discount, nothing. Pizza was paid for with a decent tip for the driver. So now we have no pizza and they’re keeping the money, including the tip for the driver who didn’t do their job.

Our food was yummy, too!! Kudos to the cook who has done another slam-dunk on my veggie pizza. My grands enjoyed it, too! There's always a MOMENT of silence when they're eating pizza 🍕!!! It's hilarious to watch...😁

I’ve been living in the area for 7 years and this location has never let me down with the quality. On occasion, they have put the wrong ingredients, but the pizza is still up to par. I have just moved and I hate having to look at the lower reviews of the locations in my area, because this location consistently churned out good pizzas.
According to the "tracker" and email that I received, I should have received my order in 32 minutes tops. It's been over an hour and when I called the store to ask about it they told me to not trust the tracker or email. If I can't trust the tracker or email, then why do y'all have it?!?

This is usually my go to spot when we eat pizza tonight I bought 5pizzas and it was horrible. It was curbside I had to go in and get it, on one pizza one slice of my pizza was literally just bread and it just wasn’t the best this time I am highly disappointed

Everything takes twice as long at this store every single time, it never fails. They do not even have the courtesy to call and let you know a small order will take and hour, heck they’ll hardly mention a word as you stand their waiting for it.

I ordered a large veggie pizza with a mixture of different cheeses and spinach. To be honest, it tasted better than it looked. And, I've never eaten a whole large pizza before to myself. 🫣👀 I was browsing on the internet and forgot I was still eating it!😢 I feel ashamed, but it was good going down.🤭
Vegetarian options: I only saw a few pieces of spinach on the top (maybe 5 leaves), but when I bit it, there was more underneath the cheese. So, I calmed down because I wanted to taste the spinach as well. And, the right amount of cheese. Thanks, Joshua - this one taste better than the two veggie pizzas I had previously. I like the fact my cheese was evenly distributed and not on one side. My grandson enjoyed his pepperoni & sausage pizza, too.
