Pizza was good got somebody salad with pepperoni ours was all vegetables they said no meat was on it so my husband pulled out a piece what’s this, laughable it’s not meat two workers said, anyway we got new salad also added note we were inside eating they brought this salad in a paper bag🤣conclusion they gave us someone salad they didn’t pick up thought they could shove it our way😯🙄 Also a bit pricey now. Don’t know if under new management but it’s not working so far hopefully will improve we use to luv going there

I ordered a pizza through a delivery vendor, but before placing the order I called Donatos to ask if they would not put tomato sauce on my pizza. I explained that I would be placing the order via delivery vendor and that there was no option to indicate that I did not want tomato sauce. The young lady who took the call said the restaurant could do that and she took my name. Guess what, the pizza arrived with tomato sauce on it. I can not eat it. I called the restaurant and the same young lady said she gave instructions for it to be made with no sauce and she doesn't know what happened. I could not wait for another pizza as was a limited lunch period. I would not give this review. However this is not the first time that this restaurant has done this. The exact same issue a couple of months ago. People today have a problem with taking in information and following instructions. Poor customer relations.....

Ever since this location was bought by new owners, the quality of food and service has gone drastically downhill. Employees barely listening, multiple food items wrong and missing, pathetically sized and sauced wings, taste worse, etc. all while the price has increased.

Service has gone downhill. I waited for my pickup pizza over 20 minutes from the time they said it was ready. Every employee had an attitude and was uncomfortable. Don’t recommend this shop anymore unfortunately because I used to love it.

Worst service I ever received in this place. The girl at the counter doesn't really know what she's doing. When you ask to talk to a manager the manager comes out with an attitude like you did something wrong to them. And then he gets sarcastic with you. Just a little man with the glasses I understand being a manager but you got to have some customer service he has absolutely no customer service

was a lil disappointed. menu sounded very different and enticing, but what I got was really mid. I got a small pizza with nashville chicken, jalapeños, pineapple, onion, and black olives. the pizza felt like the toppings were thrown on after the fact and warmed, or maybe grilled separately then put on top?? the veggies and pineapple were barely cooked and not settled in the cheese if ya know what I mean.. the jalapeño things were alright I guess but super greasy and included in it was a packet of newmans ranch and I kinda expected a homemade ranch. idk if my expectations were just too high or what but yea

I ordered take out 14" cheese pizza and 6 wings. It was literally the worst pizza by far. I got on a zoom call with 8 of my family members for them to witness the foolishness called pizza. It couldn't compare to any other pizza on every level whether no frill pizza, school pizza, frozen pizza, any pizza chain, etc. No matter what pizza you compare it to they would fail. The pizza was like a cookie, cheese burnt and a sliver of sauce. Simply nasty and disgusting. Should not qualify as a pizzeria. Pizza and wings on an app - $60. I threw the pizza in the garbage. I must protect my belly. I ate a few slices because I was angry and can't see throwing food in the garbage. The wings wasn't that bad.

The food is good,but today the girl take my order wrong after cancel and she no take my order again she no pay attention this is my favorite place for pizza but the service today was awful I had say hey you cancel my order you can take my order again I want my pizza, so is better you make you order online is the first time coming and the girl no was kind because the other times when coming the girls was very kind and pay attention.
Never can go around here! Cauliflower Pizza crust is great, boneless wings, Salad. Highly recommend.

First time visiting, and it's a quiet atmosphere. We ordered 3 pizzas: meat lovers, pepperoni, and cheese. I didn't expect the round pizzas to be cut into squares. Other than that, I would visit again.

First time having Danatos Pizza. Went with the thin crust and the family really enjoyed it. We liked the 100 slices of pepperoni, fresh mushrooms, and fresh jalapenos. Looking forward to our next visit.
