We made a special trip to give these a try and they did not disappoint. The donuts were gigantic (the size of my toddlers head!), soft dough and our selection was flavorful. We tried the coconut cream and strawberry glaze.

Came in at 6:30 this morning to get a dozen assorted doughnuts. The showcase was packed with wonderful looking treats. My selection of doughnuts were big, mouth watering, and delicious. I will be back again to get more.

I decided to try this place on a whim. I can say I am glad I did! The doughnuts are HUGE! For the price I do mean massive! Also delicious. They are by far some of the best homemade I have ever had. I got an assortment because I couldn’t pick just one. My kid loved it too! I will definitely be back.

I'll be back. Cake donuts were tasty. Some pretty icing work. Pickle Pizza was great. Crust didn't look like much but was way better than I expected. Good fry on the mozzarella sticks.

Had donuts here during their grand opening which were absolutely awesome and finally decided to come back to try their pizza. Very good crust and love how nicely all the toppings were perfectly spaced out. Delicious! Worth the drive for this gem!

Very nice atmosphere, lots of donut choices. I love the variety of things available. Never heard of a Cronut before ( it's a croissant donut and its pretty good ) . Great service. The donuts are definitely worth the stop!Update: Still going here a lot. They are my go to for donuts. In the mornings when they have their breakfast pizza available I will always buy it! Added a few more photos of the different donuts available.

This little joint that opened in February taunted me as I drove by - when I couldn’t resist my curiosity any longer, I granted myself a short stop. For once in my life, my short stop to grab something to eat was not a regretful decision; quite on the contrary, my guilty stop turned into a brilliant discovery that prompted me to write a review for the first time in months. Two massive bakery cases full of fresh baked, huge, handmade, creative, glistening donuts welcomed me when I stepped inside. These cases drew me in, and as I observed the types of donuts they offered, I realized I needed more than just one or two donuts, I had to get six - and at that point, I didn’t care about the prices, either. They had my favorite donut, a sour cream cake donut, which I have not been able to find for a long time, and I was ecstatic. I picked out my six donuts giddily and then, with interest piqued to a dangerous level, also asked if it was too early for pizza. Of course, for Dough Haus, it is never too early for pizza, because they have a BREAKFAST pizza. I was able to get a single slice for $2! And my total was $15, which I was so surprised and elated by. As I excitedly went to my car, I went for the pizza first. Eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, and I don’t know what else made my eyes wide - it was incredible. To my joy and my guilt, I went back inside to get another piece of that $2 slice of glory. The lady who helped me pick donuts and rang me up also informed me that their pickle pizza is similar in that it is unexpectedly awesome, and I cannot wait to go back to try that dang pickle pizza and so many more donuts! Thank you for your genesis, Dough Haus, and may you live a long, happy life!Kid-friendliness: Every kid loves donuts and pizza, come on! And the staff is very kind!

The shop is cute and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home. The donuts are amazing!! There’s a big variety of them. They taste fresh and homemade unlike the chain donut shops. You can order ahead of time the night before if you’d like and it’s a good thing because they sell out fast sometimes. Plus they give military and teacher discounts. Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!

Awesome family owned small business, they have great coffee and doughnuts on one side of the store and delicious pizza on the other side. They cater to Vegans on the peninsula which unfortunately is something that is few and far between. The Vegan doughnuts are unmatched from anywhere in the 757 area and the pizza is no exception. I highly recommend this place to anyone vegan or not. It is located pretty far uptown into Newport News in the Lee Hall area, but we do not mind making the short drive from Oyster Point/ Menchville because the food, service and all around experience are well worth it. Try Dough Haus ASAP !Vegetarian options: Vegan Doughnuts and Vegan Pizza.Dietary restrictions: Vegan Options on the Doughnuts and Pizza Menu Gluten Free options available for pizzas.
