On 12/24 I order 6 sandwiches and 4 hash-browns, I was ask to pull away from the drive through so I didn't hold up the line, which is fair. I waited several minutes and watched in my mirror as the drive through attendant handed a car a bag of food. That car started to pull away, then they backed up, handed the food back to the drive through attendant. A couple seconds later a man came out the building with the same bag. I asked "Did you give that bag to the other car?" The man didn't say anything to me but he turn to walk back into the building cussing and swearing. I asked them to void the transaction but as of 12/26 I still have a charge on my account.

Pulled off I64 to get breakfast. I placed an order but it was not fulfilled correctly. They forgot hash browns and instead of a Chai latte it looks like we were given a mint hot chocolate. We had to go all the way back to get the correct drink. However they did give us a larger vanilla chai, hence the extra Star.

Don't go here unless you want want to be glared at and given dirty looks for no reason. You say hello and thank you just be ignored.

I didn’t order any food so no comments on that but I did a mobile order for an iced coffee with pumpkin swirl and oat milk and it is spot on. It is easy for them to mess up the ratio with oat milk and today it was perfect so thank you.

Failure to acknowledge anyone at the drive through. There is no seating, nothing else to do but acknowledge. Gave benefit of the doubt and went next day, reiterated myself 4 times in total at intercom and window to not include something in my order due to an allergy. Still put it in my order. Had to throw away a $9 meal but I’d rather do that than even remotely go back to ask for a fix and wait for someone to get on the intercom.

Overall, the food and drinks are good. The one downside since it's a drive thru only location is it can get backed up often. However, the customer service is typically good.

We were greeted with a pleasant smile and a positive attitude from the staff member who took our order to the staff member at the window. Thank you for starting our Friday morning with wonderful service and a fantastic coffees!

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. This establishment is a disgrace to brand. The employees are disrespectful and extremely rude. I’ve never seen a human move so slow in my life.
Save yourselves the trouble of going to this location. This place consistently provides the slowest service you'll experience at a coffeehouse. I've been here several times and my wait was, on average, around 45 minutes. And it's not like it's slammed. We're only talking about 3-5 cars. I don't know if they have to farm the wheat to make the flour first, but that would be the only explanation why it takes so long each time I go.

The nice young lady with the red hair at the drive thru is extremely kind and turned my day around with just a little kindness. Very intelligent young lady going PLACES with that awsome attitude I can’t say enough good things. You do not see that kind of service anymore. 10/10 will be back the whole staff has been great too. The gentleman with the glasses and dread locks is also a winner in my book.
