Ordered a bacon and egg and cheese on an everything bagel with chipotle and a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant with no chipotle.
Was given a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel with no chipotle and sausage and and cheese on a plain bagel with chipotle. When we went back they told us well that’s all they had. None of this said to us first time around if so we would have just canceled the entire order. Also didn’t have oat milk for the Coffee. Never again

The delivered breakfast bagles were burned and tough. The hash rounds were dark and tasted like grease and smoke. The bacon looked like the precooked warm up kind. It was tough and stringy. I ordered two apple fritters. We got only one. And that was dry and tough.Very disappointed. I tried calling but the number was no longer in use. Avoid this place if you want decent food.

I ordered 2, 25 count mixed munchkins. The girl who took my order through the drive-through asked me did I want them mixed or did I want to choose. I said mix them with everything except for powdered sugar. Both 25 count boxes only had two types of donuts, one being the powdered cinnamon And the other, I’m guessing a seasonal fall flavor. In what world does that create a mixture? 2 flavors, and you leave out the original flavors. What a waste of my time and money.

We were sitting for at least 15 minutes waiting to order and probably had about 20 more minutes of waiting with only 5 cars in front of us. Would never go back here again even if this was the only Dunkin left on earth. Terrible service.

It was 6:30 pm on a Saturday. The front door was locked. Online it said they were open until 7:00.

Ordered 5 drinks, chick had an attitude the entire time I was ordering. Kept asking is that it, is that it, is that it, is that it? I finally said yea thats it. I can understand working at dunkin sucks (having worked there for 4 years myself managing) but I never got snippy with a customer just for the hell of it. No matter how bad my day was. The job isn't even that hard. No one else was even in line, and it wasn't turnover time either. SMH. That girl needed an attitude adjustment.

The donuts were mediocre, average abnormal in size and definitely old.. we have ordered before from miss Trudy's location and it was much better, always fresh, always on point. We really need money back and replacement, but the phone doesn't work. And it keeps saying it's out of order. So exactly how do we resolve this issue?

Everytime I try to order something from here they are always out and the food is overpriced for what you get

It's one of my top 3 spots to get my DD fix. Staff is great here. I always use the mobile app. Works out great every time. Remember, this is a drive-through or car pickup only.

If you’re looking for the Dunkin experience you have come to know and love pass this store by! It’s not the typical walk in sit down, it’s drive through, and with the Dunkin app you would think great just what I’m looking for! You might think that until you pull in the line is stretching out 4-6 cars you get to the window it takes several minutes yes minutes for someone to acknowledge you are there. And then be told we’re sorry we’re out of an ingredient so we subbed hope that’s okay “ btw no discount” and the rest of your order isn’t ready please pull forward and park… and wait… and wait come now most of us are picking up our coffee and donuts on the way to work or class we don’t have the luxury of spending the day staring at the rear of a concrete building. And then to have the order come out and not be correct is beyond ridiculous.
Coffee drinks and the pre portion foods are not rocket science. And Dunkin’s prices are now as high as Starbucks and not even at their sadly sliding standards. The only positive I will offer is the Dunkin Dozen is still one of the best box of donuts yet at $16 it’s getting pricey.

The most incompetent Dunkin I’ve ever been to. We sat in a line for 45 minutes and there’s no way of getting out once you’re in line due to the curb. Once we got to order we were told to hang on and multiple other vehicles cut in front of us for online orders I guess?

Someone needs to check how they make their sweet tea in the morning because this is getting absolutely ridiculous. This Dunkin’ is usually so good about my order. However, the last three times I have gone here, the sweet tea that I order with raspberry flavoring never comes out sweet. I am getting sick and tired of constantly telling the employees there “this tea is not sweet, it is very bitter”, and having nothing change. The first time this happened I had the drink remade three times. THREE TIMES. And Every. Single. Time. It was remade, it was the same. I felt like I was going insane as I was trying to explain, frustrated beyond belief but trying to not lose it on these strangers, that my tea was no where near sweet. And even then, when I said the tea wasn’t sweet the first time, the guy who made it told me, as if I had not just sipped the most disgustingly bitter concoction in my entire life, that it was sweet because he made it. I nearly screamed at him out of pure frustration, because he was so confidently wrong. The next time I got the tea again, it again was not sweet, but the man with dreads who made the tea for us was nice enough to give me many sugar packets, so there was less of an issue. The man was also very nice throughout the entire time we were there. The last time was today on 5/10/25, and it was not sweet, I didn’t even fight it at this point. What is the point if every time at this point the tea comes out disgustingly bitter? Who is making the tea in the morning? And why has this problem not been solved? These problems have gone on for over the course of over a month, and no one else has made any noise whatsoever about this? It’s ridiculous, it’s annoying, and sometimes it makes me so upset I almost cry. This location was the place that I knew I’d be able to go to when I was feeling at my lowest, to at least give me a mini glimpse of feeling like it’s gonna be alright. But instead, the past three times have been the most disappointing yet. Someone please look into this, and look into how some of the employees handle the situation. Some of them are not professional enough about it.

30 min to get through the drive through is absurd.
