I come to this Dunkin 2-3 times a week, using the mobile app. They always greet me well, and they’re the only coffee spot in the area that makes my coffee exactly how I enjoy it.
Today (1/9) I came around 330 with my dog, at the window the individual greeted me by name (I should’ve caught their name but I didn’t, but they had short dark hair), had my coffees ready, and when they saw my dog, they offered me a couple plain munchkins for my pup.
This whole interaction stuck out to me in a really nice way, and as someone who already comes to this Dunkin often, it reaffirmed why I do so!

Seriously, why and how they’re still open amazes me. The machine they use for ALL of their frozen beverage options has been down for the last 4 months!!! I’m not even exaggerating sadly. I work right across the street and they’re always running on E. For it to be a franchise location I’m not sure how they get away with not having half of the menu items they advertise or are supposed to have. Then if you need a refund they can’t even do that- only a gift card- even when they don’t have something you ordered. Sadly.. it sucks because it’s so convenient but it’s truly a horrible location.

I waited in the drive thru TWICE today to be ignored. I pulled into the drive thru around 11.50. Waited 5m to no one came over the microphone. Is it broken? Is this a test? Went to 2nd & Charles for a bit, and when I walked out. Saw someone in the drive thru, and get served!!!, great it works! Pulled up... no one again... Not going back. Do better.

Ordered a bacon and egg and cheese on an everything bagel with chipotle and a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant with no chipotle. Was given a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel with no chipotle and sausage and and cheese on a plain bagel with chipotle. When we went back they told us well that’s all they had. None of this said to us first time around if so we would have just canceled the entire order. Also didn’t have oat milk for the Coffee. Never again
The delivered breakfast bagles were burned and tough. The hash rounds were dark and tasted like grease and smoke. The bacon looked like the precooked warm up kind. It was tough and stringy. I ordered two apple fritters. We got only one. And that was dry and tough.Very disappointed. I tried calling but the number was no longer in use. Avoid this place if you want decent food.

I ordered 2, 25 count mixed munchkins. The girl who took my order through the drive-through asked me did I want them mixed or did I want to choose. I said mix them with everything except for powdered sugar. Both 25 count boxes only had two types of donuts, one being the powdered cinnamon And the other, I’m guessing a seasonal fall flavor. In what world does that create a mixture? 2 flavors, and you leave out the original flavors. What a waste of my time and money.

We were sitting for at least 15 minutes waiting to order and probably had about 20 more minutes of waiting with only 5 cars in front of us. Would never go back here again even if this was the only Dunkin left on earth. Terrible service.

Ordered 5 drinks, chick had an attitude the entire time I was ordering. Kept asking is that it, is that it, is that it, is that it? I finally said yea thats it. I can understand working at dunkin sucks (having worked there for 4 years myself managing) but I never got snippy with a customer just for the hell of it. No matter how bad my day was. The job isn't even that hard. No one else was even in line, and it wasn't turnover time either. SMH. That girl needed an attitude adjustment.
