They got the music up so loud you cant even order, I walked in and it sounded like a night club. The employees always act like they have an attitude problem and like they dont wana make your drink. We go here simply because it’s close, however I'm glad theres a new coffee stand on base because id prefer never to go back.

As someone who used to work for Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s really disappointing to see this location fall short time and time again. I’ve given them multiple chances, but every visit seems to bring another issue. Whether it’s getting the wrong order, being served lukewarm coffee, or encountering staff that don’t acknowledge you, it feels like customer service isn’t a priority here.
It’s frustrating to order a large coffee and receive a medium, or to request French vanilla but end up with caramel. To make matters worse, finding a hair in my drink when I got home was the last straw. I understand that mistakes happen, but consistent issues like machines not working and lack of communication from staff are unacceptable.
As a native New Yorker, I was excited when this Dunkin’ opened close to my home, but after so many disappointments, I’ve decided to give up on this location. I hope management can take steps to improve, because Dunkin’ has the potential to be much better.

this is by far the most disappointing Dunkin in the area. I was excited to have a quick drive thru coffee option so close to home for them early mornings but now I just wish they shutdown and give us a STARBUCKS because between the poor attitude from the little girls they let run the store to the horrible way they make coffee they make in there I’m just over it. I’m not even a person who do a lot of reviews but as many times I’ve tried to give them they are still hiring people who don’t care about the simple things like getting orders right, saying good morning, you’re welcome the typical things you do in this line of business. You say thank you they stare at you like… -_- or just slam the window. Their staff seem to change every visit not one familiar face each new face just equal a new rude worker it seem never gets better.
Starbucks is a little further out and a little more but at this point I’ll drive and pay more for good CONSISTENT product and customer service.
Word of advice to whoever run this dunkin i’d suggest shutting down and training people who actually wanna work and teach them it’s okay to say thank you, good morning, you’re welcome with a smile because most coffee drinkers start their day with yall so you guys set the tone for a lot of people I shouldn’t be leaving the window where I spent money and was polite saying “damn she was rude” PLEASE DO BETTER!
P.s I had a hair in my room temperature coffee I was served this morning as well so one sip and I had to trash it thanks for the great start of the day. Atleast I got that good ol rude customer service to pick me up thoe :)

I tried to place an order for 12 dozen doughnuts on three separate occasions for a work event last week, but the staff couldn't help me. I called twice and physically visited the establishment a third time. They said to call back when a manager was there, but couldn't tell me when that would be. I asked how much lead time they would need to fill the order and couldn't tell me. The employees were nice and respectful. This review isn't directed towards them at all. Management needs to do better to frontload their employees with this kind of information. If I were the franchise owner, I would definitely want to know that my establishment lost a large order (if it happened once, it will happen again) and take steps to prevent it in the future. Parking was great, and the establishment was clean.

they were having technical difficulties with some of their machines, and they were great at communicating that to us. we ended up getting a free donut. great workers there and great customer service.

I came in looking for a "fancy" coffee, but unsure what to get. The young gentleman behind the counter made a recommendation after asking a few questions and made me a FANTASTIC iced coffee. If it was Starbucks it would've probably had an eleven word name and they would've forced pumpkin spice on me. This guy kept it simple and when you make great coffee - simple is SO GOOD.

This is by far the worst location for service. The few times I've come here I can be the only one in line and will still have to pull off to the side to wait 10 minutes for a coffee. Then today it was suggested that I come in since I took longer than 2 minutes to decide what I wanted at the drive thru menu. How are you going to rush me just to make me wait for my drink anyway? I think I'll get stick to Starbucks or Krispy Kreme for coffee and donuts. This place sucks. Please train your staff better. To be more efficient and polite.
