This is the THIRD Dunkin Donuts I have been to this week all over Virginia and North Carolina that did not have much of anything. At least this one had a few doughnuts. Dunkin Doughnut Express stores are a JOKE!

I picked a delivery up for door dash 10/1/2025 at 10a.m.. I went to the restroom before I picked my order up and the bathroom was filthy the trash was running over poop was splattered up against the toilet. The trash was over running onto the floor. I went back out and told the employees at the bathroom was really dirty I also noticed the restaurant floor itself was not clean. A short brown skin young lady with long braids and big hips said to me just like y'all want to go home so do we. Clearly the restaurant floors nor the bathroom have been cleaned the night before. I don't think I will be eating at this dunkin' donuts.

It takes forever to order and receive food. I ordered a sweet tea and it was expired — it tasted fermented. disgusting and needs to be shut up

Tried eating/drinking here twice on our trip. Bagel was burnt on first visit. Drive thru so we didnt realize until we got back to the hotel. Next day, breakfast sandwiches were decent. Coffee was ok. Donuts were nothing exciting. Wouldn't go there again. Spendy for sub-par food.

Literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Service was horrible, very rude management and employees. Impatient and my food was burnt. Absolutely disgusting. Called in for a refund and was told to come back the same day and they would give me one, never gave a specific time. Came back later that afternoon and was told by someone that I’ll have to come back at a later time when management was there. My schedule and work life doesn’t revolve around them so know I have to go out of my way to go back. Very unhelpful and DO NOT recommend wasting your money here.

I recently visited this location while traveling to Virginia Beach and was disappointed by the level of service provided. The lead staff appeared unprofessional and lacked proper training in customer service. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and noticed a coffee roll advertised in the showcase for $1.79 each. However, when I purchased the coffee roll, the young lady rang it up for $1.99. When I questioned the price, she directed me to the menu board, stating that she had no control over the pricing in the showcase. Unfortunately, this location did not honor the lower advertised price, resulting in a loss of two potential sales, estimated at over $7, as well as my desired food order and an refund of an $1 extra, over a $0.20 price discrepancy. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment.

I wish i had a picture to show proof but never again will i be ordering (uber) from here. I ordered a donut that i did not receive. My drink did not have a straw with it. My sourdough sausage,egg, a cheese had HAIR!! yes hair in the egg!!! i am disgusted by all means. Uber will not give me a refund saying this store isn’t able to. so now 25 dollars down the drain!!! Thanks dunkin’!!
