I preordered via the app. When I arrived my order was NOT ready and one of the types of donuts I ordered was unavailable. Music was too loud and the young woman couldn’t hear me and spent too much time waving to all her friends that came in while she was attempting to fill my order.Will go to Krispy Kreme for future orders.

Employees are arguing with each other in front of customers. Had to repeat my order to cashier probably 5 times. No smiles from anyone, poor attitudes. Employees act like they would rather be anywhere else than at work. Incredibly slow service. Got back to the office and the orders were wrong. Had to go back to the counter three times because worker kept asking me what I ordered and I had to keep showing her my receipt. I was the only one in the entire place. No straws or napkins given

I ordered a cream cheese bagel and the bagel was so tough. Only half of the bagel had cream cheese on it. The bagel was so tough and dry I couldn’t eat it. This is the second time this has happened and I will not be returning.

Horribly slow service!!! Placed a mobile order for 1 coffee, I get to the window the lady tells me my drink is ready and to pull around. There were two cars ahead, only two cars and still waited 27 minutes for freaking coffee!!!!!! Who has this type of time on their lunch break to waste? I was offered some ice at the window since my coffee been sitting so long, (instead of remaking my drink) whose fault is it that yall dont work/move with a purpose. Ridiculous

This is our favorite Duncan. We have gone to others in the city, but they have been just ok. The people who work here are efficient and helpful. Even if there is a busy time they are pretty good at turn around. Staff are generally friendly and professional.Parking: At busy times the lot can be slightly more full, but I have never had a problem finding a spot to park.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to! I pull up to the drive thru and I see/smell an employee smoking weed in their car. I ordered a peppermint mocha latte and got an iced coffee with peppermint swirl. When I got to the window, the employee seemed nice but the whole place reeked of weed. Definitely will not be going back there and urge others not to either!

Worst DD on the peninsula. Painfully slow. No urgency whatsoever. Low inventory. Staff is disorganized and always has a screen of red tickets. Unless you have 20 American minutes to kill, avoid this location. It’s almost faster to make donuts at home.
