Not sure what is going on here. There were 5 employees in there walking around like they were lost. Stood at the counter with another woman for 5 min and order wasn’t even taken. Service is getting way worse everywhere you go these days!!! SMH.

Worse DD I have ever been too……everyone I come here they always never have nothing in stock or they are closed early like 4pm or 5pm early…..the staff is so nasty with there attitudes …..like why you working just to piss people off. No hi or bye or not even a sorry. I will never ever ever come to this one again.

Terrible experience. We pulled into the drive-thru on a Saturday late afternoon and waited about five minutes before my husband had to say, “Hello?” Someone finally responded with, “Be right with you,” but after another 10 minutes, we were still waiting. Frustrated, my husband decided to go inside instead.

As we pulled away, we noticed another car already stuck at the window. Inside, there were at least two employees and only one customer, yet the service was painfully slow. After all that waiting, we were told they didn’t even have munchkins available. Absolutely ridiculous.

I come here because they are close to my job and the girls are so sweet but I may stop coming to this location. I get pretty much the same handful of items and they never taste the same consistently. My iced coffee is very rarely the right color (iykyk lol) and the food is hit or miss.

The New Cookie Butter Donut was delicious but a little too sweet for my taste. I don't recall the young man at the drive thru but he was very professional and pleasant, which was very noticeable, especially in today's world.

I got to Dunkin donuts at approximately 5:15am. I went through the drive thru and ordered a boo bucket. It cost me almost $19.00 with tax. They had been opened for 15 minutes, the first thing that bothered me when I got home, all the munchkins were in this bucket and there was nothing in them to protect the food..I have no idea what kinds of germs, dust, or anything else harmful was in that bucket before they put the munchkins in it. The second thing that bothered me they've been open 15 minutes, and I got zero Halloween ones, I got pumpkin, chocolate, cinnamon, and powdered, no Halloween ones with the sprinkles. I felt like I paid all that money buying a boo bucket. You would think I'd get a few Halloween ones.

Ordered the same exact drink two days in a row at the same time of day (around 8:20 am). First day, the drink was perfect and the lady in the window was great. Second day, different story. The older lady in the window was rude and seemed to just want me out of her window as fast as possible. Said nothing to me other than “here” when handing me my drink, then closed the window and that was that. My drink was awful. Not made correctly at all. Idk how it’s so hard to make the drink the same each time.

Placed my order and after waiting 20 min still had no breakfast or donuts. Requested a refund after the wait and the manager and lead gave me an attitude and reluctantly processed the refund. No apology was given for the oversite. The person that made my ice coffee with oatmilk did a great job. #

Just ordered a large hot coffee with cream on the side and unsweetened hazelnut. They filled the coffee right up to the rim with no room for cream. They never added the hazelnut
