I won’t be returning to this Dunkin’.
Yesterday I ordered the Cookie Butter Cold Brew and was given cold brew with oat milk and sweet cream cold foam — not the actual drink. I know the difference because I’ve had it at other Dunkin’ locations with no issue. This isn’t the first time this store has messed up my order.
On top of that, the cheesy bacon hash browns I ordered were stale, dry, and barely edible.
This location consistently delivers poor quality and wrong items. They seriously need to get it together.
Coffee is never consistent, usually takes forever, service was awful. A Dunkin like this wouldn't survive in New England.

There’s never usually a long line. They move pretty fast. The staff is polite. But, when I came around 2pm, the munchkins were stale. So, the donuts aren’t always fresh. But, it’s the closest Dunkin to me. What can I do? Hit or miss.

Normally there are young friendly girls working. Great service. Today all men service was bad. I watched multiple men just ignore me.

Waited in drive through for 32 minutes!!!! Got to the window sat there another 5 no one said anything and I then said hello twice only for a rude and nasty response from the worker. Seriously if that were my employee i would fire them, terrible service.

Over 30 minutes for a single drink while the place is near empty. Only one employee and y'all probably don't pay them crap. Nobody wants to work for Dunkin.

This location absolutely sucks there’s no way I should be waiting at the speaker for 20 min after I waited 10-15 min for each car in-front of me .It’s a cup of coffee not cooking me a steak!

I went to this location before I went to work. Tiffany and trudy I believe those were their names. They were so helpful and patient with me and allowed me time to figure out what I wanted. I am thankful to them both they don't know how much they made my morning sos much better than it already was. sometimes all it takes it being nice to someone maybe even smiling at them will turn someone whole morning around.

I did a mobile order of a iced mocha cappuccino, butter croissant, and hash browns. My iced mocha cappuccino was frozen, watery, not a hint of coffee. If I wanted frozen chocolate water I could have done that myself.

Poor management in this store . She acted like she was angry she had to be there. She took our order and screwed it up . We had to ask twice to get it right . The store had plenty of employees but Noone seems to have any specific job .so orders were messed up .the line to fix orders was longer than the order line. Please rethink this stores management
