Would love to have zero stars if i could! waited 20+ minutes for a curbside order i never even got!! had to literally leave and cancel my fricking order since i couldnt leave my car due to personal issues! tried calling the place and kept getting hung up on or was told the phone number isnt in service anymore!

There is always going to be an upcharge for connivence, but I have had only good experiences with this place. The food is delicious, the coffee smells amazing, and I was able to request an empty doughnut box to secure a wild bird that had crashed into a window in order to take it for care. And they have a great selection of doughnuts, while offering some fun holiday ones the few times I've stopped by when they were available.

Conveniently located for both the morning crowd of the nearby Shipyards, downtown Newport News City offices and courts and jail as well as the Federal Courthouse and numerous private offices and businesses. The donuts never disappoint and the new selection of sandwiches are just delicious. And the traditional Dunkin coffee can't be beat. Of course the newer coffee trends are all available as well. My wife wanted the bagels, there were two options ‘plain’ and everything’, when we asked what was in the ‘everything’ bagels, the employee replied very rudely “I don’t know because I don’t eat them”. The employee didn’t have her name tag on so I’m not sure what her name was. But really bad experience, ruined our morning

Ordered through Uber eats and they didn't deliver my dozen donuts. Got my sandwich, see attached pic, I honestly can't tell you what they did to it. Does not look appealing, I just threw it away.
