There is always going to be an upcharge for connivence, but I have had only good experiences with this place. The food is delicious, the coffee smells amazing, and I was able to request an empty doughnut box to secure a wild bird that had crashed into a window in order to take it for care. And they have a great selection of doughnuts, while offering some fun holiday ones the few times I've stopped by when they were available.

Conveniently located for both the morning crowd of the nearby Shipyards, downtown Newport News City offices and courts and jail as well as the Federal Courthouse and numerous private offices and businesses. The donuts never disappoint and the new selection of sandwiches are just delicious. And the traditional Dunkin coffee can't be beat. Of course the newer coffee trends are all available as well. The people working there always have a good attitude and attend to customers in a quick and timely manner, they're helpful and resourceful even they don't have what you may want but offer excellent alternatives.
