Firehouse Subs Jefferson

This was my first time trying the subs, and they were delicious! David, the manager, was very pleasant and took his time recommending his favorites. I really appreciated the friendly service. Definitely going back soon!

Food is great but I’ve been asked on multiple occasions did I purchase the drink that I had in my hand. Why would I grab a drink if I didn’t pay for it

When we walked it it was kind of busy. Alot of delivery orders. The crew never skipped a beat. They remained friendly and greated everyone. They were definitely hustling. Keep up the good work

Negative interaction. We came in 8:45pm june 5th and the girl complained to the boy about us coming in close to the closing time. Just weird and negative. I could really talk about it but ill leave it at that 😂

I come here twice a week and usually have a great experience. Today my family treated me for my birthday. After walking in the door I already knew it was going to be an experience. There was someone in there I haven't seen before glaring my family down from the minute we went in the door. I was instantly uncomfortable but dealt with it as I always eat outside anyway. I always eat outside for 2 reasons, they keep the ac down low and I have an autoimmune disorder that the cold triggers and 2 this location alhas thr door bell so loud and it goes off often and gives me a migraine. So as usual we eat outside. It's a beautiful day with a slight breeze. I opened the umbrella and sit down my grateful 8 month pregnant self down. Instantly the man came out and started freaking out about the umbrella about how they can't handle a breeze and they go thru to many umbrella a week etc. the breeze today is 10 mph. The umbrellas aren't new they are sun bleached and frayed and there were about a hundred different ways he could have handled this or. He could have checked his attitude and it would have been a different issue. I really wanted to go cancel my order at this location.

Parking: Firehouse subs were really busy and other businesses as well so parking is hard to find which is ok because busy is good
