Placed a doordash order thru this location. The bag was sealed differently than normal, so I was not surprised to see that one of my sandwiches was missing. I called and spoke to Robert. I let him know a sandwich was missing, in hopes of just getting a replacement. He proceeded to argue with me that he had bagged the order himself and it must have been the doordasher who took it. I returned what was left of my order to the store, not feeling safe to eat food from an order that had been tampered with. I was not offered a replacement order, a refund, or even an apology! Doordash also refused to refund my order. I've been a loyal Five Guys customer since getting too much old food from McDonalds. Now Five Guys is as bad as McDonalds - just another crappy fast food restaurant with rude employees scamming with Doordashers to screw over their customers. Five Guys burgers are tasty but not good enough to put up with this mess! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO FIVE GUYS! They have gotten their last dollar from me!

43 bucks. Thanks for good service good was okay but that price tag... nah I'll go somewhere else. Applebee's and chili's do.it.for less and you get waited on.

Cashier wasn't the most friendly unfortunately. The rest of the 'guys' were friendly and cooked up great burgers and fries. Free peanuts to munch on while food is being prepared is fun. Inside was very cold, had to either take home or sit outside, which was a nice evening and sunset to watch. Tasty burgers and plenty of fries make a good meal.

Surprisingly, the 🥜 were a slap. I got a burger with everything on it and Cajun fries. The fries didn't impress me, but they gave me a ton of them even though I ordered the smallest. It was like neverending fries. That would have been great if they tasted better 🤷🏾♀️ This location does not make shakes, fyi. If I came back it would definitely be for the burger and nuts lol

DON'T DO IT! The food is expensive, disgusting, and taste bland & unseasoned! I spent $110.00 (for 4 burgers, 4 fries and 4 sodas) The food gave my family Diarrhea for days. I couldn't even go to work. I'm actually writing this as I sit on the John now. I ordered online and the food was old and nasty. Also beware if you order online there's a 99.99% chance the delivery driver is gonna eat some of your fries, with their nasty unsanitary hands, because the bag is not sealed all the way. Your ketchup packets will be mixed in with your fries, (YUCK) So nasty. I'm sure the good reviews are they're workers from corporate.
It's Five Guys, what else is there to really say. Prices are high, but you're paying for fresh everything!

$50 for 2 burgers and fries only to find hairs in my fries, was told she would refund $6 for my fries. No one in there wearing a hairnet. When I stated that to the Manager I was told their hair wasn't long enough to make them wear them. It was long enough for me to see them in my food.
