Went towards the end of the evening, 8pm. The staff started closing down the salad bar already and food was running out. For a family of 5, we paid 90.00 including tip - didn’t think they would have started closing up so early being so busy but food that was fresh was good

We have been to many Golden Corrals and this was by far the nicest one we have visited. Very clean, food was good and staff was very nice.

Don’t ever go on a Sunday evening. They close at 9 PM but at 7 PM buffet already had empty bins. No fried chicken no steak no meatloaf and a lot of the sides look like they’ve been leftover from lunch at around 8:30 closing everything down, including mopping the stations and mopping the kitchen even though customers were still coming in the door after eating here for 20 years, extremely disappointing will never ever come in the evening at this location ever again

Would give it zero stars if that was an option. I went to eat with my family a few weeks ago. Had just sat down to eat and had a full drink spilt all over me and the entire table by the waiter. I was then laughed at and it was made as a joke by the waiter (at least it was just a cup and not a pitcher) who did it who didn’t even help clean up the mess he made. Just told me to let it all go to the floor. I did. He then took everything from our table and didn’t replace anything. Also didn’t try to clean up the mess in the floor and had other patrons slipping on the ice from the cup. I left very upset. I was contacted by Mr Wells the hospitality manager about my visit who apologized for his employees behavior. He told me he wanted to make it right and for us to come back in for a free meal to redo the experience. . . Fast forward to today when I go back in to “redo my experience”. I stand in a line for 30 mins (there was a large bus load who came in before and one cashier) after waiting my turn to get to the cashier the manager there today opens up another register. I tell the cashier and then the manager what I was told to do and what Mr. Wells told me to tell them and was told by them both since he wasn’t there they couldn’t do that. Come back on another day when he’s there so I can talk to him about it. I repeated that he said it didn’t matter whether he was there or not I would still be able to come in. That he was supposed to be leaving my information up at the registers for whenever I came in. They told me I needed to come back another day and didn’t even try to look for anything he left for them. So I had a horrible experience and then tried to give everyone another chance and get treated like crap once again. If you want to be treated like crap you should check it out; if not I suggest you go just about ANYWHERE else other than here and you will be treated a lot better.

Good food and service. Steaks on the grill were a little tough. The fried fish and fried chicken, always good!

I was sitting at my table eating my Food and a Roach walked across my Plate on to my Steak. I have video and a picture of it . When I ask for a refund manager told me it wasn’t goin thru tht I had to wait and come back I was disgusted and Upset I couldn’t get my money back right away and I wasn’t finished eating my food only had one plate before that one the bug was on! The server was nice about it but management did not help saying that I had to come back to get my refund, after they take there money first was ridiculous I used a debit card they could have refunded cash or even offered something else since I had to wait on refund! After telling him what happened he ask to see video and I should him to me he was still being Nonchalant!!

The service here has gone down quite a bit And the prices have gone up.I'll pay good money for food But I want the service to be impeccable. The wait staff look mad when tips are not left but they visit your table once to drop off drinks. Utensils and plates are sometimes dirty and the food is sometimes old and cold. I have seen ""management" on a number of occasions on their phones while putting food out. The mobile is one nastiest items out here. I Sincerely hope the staff steps their game up or they may be out of business soon.

Waitstaff was nice. But food could have been a little better. Some stuff was dried out and overcooked. But overall we had a great time.Parking: Large parking lot, but we got there before the church rush got there lolKid-friendliness: Kids enjoyed themselves very much

I never usually post, but this place was terrible...overpriced food was either overcooked or undercooked, crowded, couldn't get the attention of any of the staff for anything! Steak was the only thing that was even halfway good. Basically threw my money away, will never go back.

My family and I went here for lunch we had a good time. The waiter was awesome. Make sure you sit in Clinton's section he went above and beyond for us.
