Terrible service. I couldn’t hear the woman taking my order through the drive through speaker so I pulled up to the window. She heard half of my order but wouldn’t let me buy the other half at the window. Told me I had to go back through the drive through and order again through the speaker that I couldn’t hear. Had an attitude too as if adding a double cheeseburger to the order was a crime. Hardee’s reached out to me due to this bad review, but otherwise doesn’t seem to care. Typical

Asked for 2 singles with Diet Coke and a double with sprite. Received 3 singles and no double. Received 1 Sprite and we had to pull up to wait for our food. Once we received our food. We had to go back to the drive thru and ask for the 2 diet cokes. Pulled off and found that we were given sprit UGG. Won’t be going back to this Hardee’s

I came here around 12:30 on 8/16 I had ordered 2 cheese burgers and 2 medium sprites. The girl on the speaker thought I said 2 medium fries instead of sprites and when I go to correct her she got a terrible attitude with me like It was so wrong for me to to correct her. I really don’t appreciate that. Especially since I’m not even a rude person/“karen”. It’s not my fault she misheard me. As hard as I work for my money I’m not going to give it away to a company that hires rude workers. I ended up canceling my order. Do better!!!

I wish I could post a picture of this deception. Ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and was completely bamboozled. This is the definition of false advertisement they show a big beautiful chicken sandwich on the menu and then give you something McDonald's couldn't even sell on their dollar menu let alone Hardee's charging me over $10 just for the sandwich that couldn't even pass as a McChicken. Service was great staff was great but if you don't want to be ripped off THEN DONT GO TO HARDEE'S.

I don't know why people apply to work at fast food restaurants just so they can be rude and hate their life!! Today Hardee's lost money and a loyal customer because they would not put cheese on my sausage biscuits!! Horrible service attitudes!! Everyone should stride to be like Chick-fil-A it's not the food it's the service!!
