I asked for a smoked sausage breakfast platter but the gave me a sausage patty combo instead. But the food was so hot and just so fresh that I couldn’t take it back in there lol 😂. I always get my eggs scrambled with cheese and they did not disappoint!!!! Omggggggg but yall still owe me a smoked sausage breakfast platter lol 😂

Twice I’ve gone here and twice my order got wrong. My bad review is due to the inability of who ever was in charge yesterday night 10/24 to accept they made a mistake. Trying to gaslight your costumers into thinking they are in the wrong is absolutely atrocious.

I've only stopped to eat here twice and both times have been severely disappointed. Just wanted some chicken tenders... I get dried shriveled up thin chicken tendons... when broken open some look juicy but they're dry and stringy. Kinda tastes like fried canned chicken. I don't know whats going on but I don't think I'm gonna be stopping in anytime again soon. 😔

I just left your location this morning and your “manager” I I use that word loosely because anywhere else other than fast food she would never ever be in a management role. Dominique(the name on the receipt) she is very rude…..slamming the drive in window door, no greeting what so ever to the customer and acted as if I was bothering her when I said I was using tap and my IPhone screen was slow to unlock….then I said thank you(no response) still an attitude…asked for jam with a thank you still nothing….so I got what I ordered and proceeded to park because at this point its kind of ridiculous the whole demeanor she has. But to my surprise oh she is the manager. I simply told her the whole interaction in the window wasn’t customer service friendly at all. No good morning no type of customer service….all the while she’s looking at me like “whatever” so now I see your body language is giving me hood chick…so yeap I told her “from one black young woman to another” you might want to check your attitude because if you don’t like your job find another one(yes my voice raised cause at this point you don’t understand me being nice). And I also told her “the God in me won’t let me cuss you out.” I asked for the general manager but at that point I find out the info on my own cause little does she know I have a friend whose a district manager and will find out by the end of the day who that is and go further. I said all this to say that if this is the type of employee you want at your company trust your location won’t last long.

Two days in a row they gave me the wrong food. The staff is extremely rude the girl was mad I paid cash. The manager rushed a older Vietnam veteran back to the counter and told him she ain't bringing him his order again he's a older veteran trying to make his drink while she yelled at him.

Lately this place has went downhill. Usually you can rely on breakfast to be fairly quick and the food decent, leaving lunch and dinner service lacking, as well as the state of the food.
Now, you're left waiting for breakfast, then you're served cold food all services.
Always like this Hardee's. But one day the service is great. Then the next time it's not so good. But I have never had a problem with food.

I do not eat here often but I do recommend their coleslaw. I usually purchase this on a regular to have at home with different meals, esp BBQ.
