The drive thru and front employees are the best. They treated every person with respect and appreciation for patronizing the restaurant. I ordered a pork chop biscuit without gravy. It had gravy on it. The front-end employee was kind and sent it back. The problem was that the pork chop I received was overcooked and hard to chew. I was disappointed because this was one of the best Hardee's in this area.

3 times I been my order has been wrong and this time my order was wrong and I waited 10 minutes to get the wrong order smh the customer service is horrible at this location

My fries were overly salty and my chicken tenders was over fried and burnt for 10.20$ that was ridiculous and it wasn't even busy inside.

ordered biscuits and gravy per the description on the menu. How can we call it plural biscuits and gravy when only one biscuit is given. ordered the chicken biscuit, and Bacon egg and cheese biscuit, the Chicken biscuit is terrible! The chicken taste more like chemicals than actual chicken. Don’t recommend that. The biscuit and gravy are ok. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit is ok.

Have not eaten here in a while and decided to order a takeout three piece chicken tender platter. When I got home and looked at my order I thought someone made a mistake. The chicken strips that I got were no bigger than my finger! Hardee's you should be ashamed of what you serve. I hope all who read this take heed in what I am posting because I warned you.

Went to drive thru window. I was picking g up 3 different people's lunch from church projects.
I ask to be able to pay for each separate.
I was told they could only process two separate orders at drive thru. so they took the order and I pulled to drive thru window. I paid for one order and then explained that I had 40 dollars to pay for the other order. the clerk at the register called her supervisor I guess, to the drive thru window and said I told you it was only 2 separate orders at drive thru. You should have came in and placed the order. I was just trying to get the correct change to give back to the person with that order. I guess I should had her give me change for one of the $20 bills.

The place is clean, the service fast and courteous. I wasn't told about the 2 for $5 deals ?. I'm a hungry guy, I'd have eaten 2 biscuits! Bottled water costs an extra $1.
I'd come back here again.
