Hardee's off Denbigh Boulevard provided one of the best customer service experience. They honored me with a smile and allowed me to have their signature biscuit placed in a container to go. I am grateful for feeling welcomed in the establishment.

This morning was my last time ever going in there a few of us standing on line no good morning nothing looking in our faces busy getting orders for the drive through and a woman and kids talking to her which was fine even a gentleman left before ordering never will I step foot 🦶 in there again 🤣

Lady was rude as hell on the phone. Was missing two items in the bag when I got home. Kids started eating and I called about the missing food and the employee says I have to bring up all the food even though the family is eating to get my kidding items. No Hardee’s will ever get any penny from me because of their customer service.
