This place I would not recommend. The food is cold on the food bar. The waitress use the same gloves she sweep floor with They manger want to go back and forth with me in front of other customers. They need to call the health department. This place is not clean. She telling me my grandchild is not a child because she is tall for her age. Really how are you going tell me about my grandchild. The food is not worth the price. I will notify the health department about the uncleaness

Don’t make no sense saying my kid ain’t a child trying to argue her godmom up and down. Food was nasty! That’s why yall business dying out now. My daughter taller than her and she used her Greenlight card and the lady talking about she’s an adult because she used her card smh get out of here with all that. Ridiculous, she’s 10!

For two adults and a small child, the cost was $47 before tax and tip. This seemed steep given the quality of food and quantity of choices. It took forever to get seated despite being relatively empty. We never received drink refills, and we never received our check. I had to track someone down to pay. We used to really like going here, but it seems to have really gone downhill. I don't think we will return, unfortunately.

My family and I had a VERY BAD experience here. My kids were very happy and excited before walking through the door, to leave crying, upset, and still hungry. We were denied service, the host was very rude, she refused to serve us. She seated us at an available table, and then out of nowhere she said “I will not serve you”, “Spend your money somewhere else”, “Leave”, “Get Out”, she repeated herself multiple times, standing there belittling us while other families were watching. My family and I felt very uncomfortable, embarrassed, and confused on the way we were treated. We did not understand what was going on, being treated unfairly. No family deserves the treatment we experienced that evening. My family and I never been through anything like this. We continuously asked why we were being removed, we never got a response or an explanation on why we were kicked out.

VERY DISQUSTING FOOD . NO SALAD BAR HARDLY ON SALAD TYPE WAS IMATION CRABMEAT WITH MAYO LETTICE WAS WILTED AND MIXED GREENS WAS LIKE 1/4 FULL OF DEAD ROTTEN PIECES. PICKLES WATERERED DOWN , BLACK OLIVE WATERED DOWN OVER COOKED COLD AND OLD. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THERE IS NOT EVEN CLOSE WHAT THEY ADVERTISED AVAILABLE. 2 COMPLETE STATIONS NOT EVEN OPEN. ONLY SEAFOOD WAS BABY OYSTER AND CLAMS YUK. NO CRABS NO CRAB LEGS . ALOT OF EMPTY CONTAINERS NEVER FILLED. SUSHI WAS EMPTY. WAS NOT WORTH $15.00 NOT EVEN WORTH 9.95.

ROACHES IN FOOD!! DO NOT EAT HERE! I showed the waitress the roach on my son’s plate (that he was already eating off of). She ran to the “owner/manager” and the manager came over and didn’t even look at the roach, she just said she would remove the stack of plates from the bay. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE!! We told her we will not be eating the remainder of the food bc typically if there is one roach, there’s more. She said okay but we would need to pay for our food. I REPEAT - DO NOT HERE!!!

The food wasn’t fresh and the server ignored me when I tried to bring it to her attention. Spoke with the manager and she was extremely rude and didn’t try to accommodate for the food not being fresh. Paid for food I didn’t eat or enjoy, horrible place and would not recommend. Definitely bottom of the barrel and the manager needs to be replaced.

I literally called to ask a few questions since it’s nothing on the website that I needed answers to and after the 2nd question the lady hug up in my face😭now I’m simply just never going to go if this how they treat customers. Disgusting and super disappointing

I’m new in town and was looking for a go-to buffet place since my son is a big sushi/hibachi lover.

I was pretty disappointed right away. Most of the food was cold or looked like it had been sitting there all day. The lo mein was hard and burnt. The only thing I enjoyed was the won ton soup & even that wasn’t worth it.

The sushi all looked like it had been out for weeks.

If I don’t get sick after eating here, I’ll be surprised.

When the bill came out I was shocked by the price for the kids. None of the food is catered to kids like other buffet places. If I knew I was paying so much, I would’ve taken the kids out for pizza instead since that’s what 2/3 ate anyway.

Save your time and money, try somewhere else.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The lady at the front said she wouldn't service me and my friend. Me and my friend went in to dine in and she wanted us to pay upfront before we ate because we were doing Apple Pay. I simply stated well before we pay I would like to make sure the food is atleast fresh. She instantly got offended and was like " WELL GO LOOK THEN" then stated " I'm just not going to service y'all anymore " then stated she better not see me again. I have seen on Facebook another black lady had a really bad experience. I'm not sure if this is a race thing but it has been brought up before. I will neverrrrr give them a dime of my money ever again. The chicken is hard from what I was told anyway. Their food doesn't taste the same so maybe that was good I didn't waste my money. Like I said I would never eat here again and I suggest you do the Same.

I was trying to take my grandsons out for lunch. I noticed a sign that said "all sales are final "
As we were getting our second plate of food from the buffet, I picked up a clean plate, flipped it over and a little German cockroach was crawling on it...
I paid and left, so gross.
The food was not fresh either. Sweet Potatoes tasted tart like they were spoiled.

We had lunch today at this place and the food was terrible. Service was terrible. The lady at the front was very rude. In the past our experience has been good. But today it wasn’t. The food didn’t taste right it wasn’t hot. Very bland. The waitress said nothing but just took our plates. Unfortunately we won’t be going back.
