Idk who the man was at the front during dinner time around 5pm ish on 5-23-26. He had an earbud in his ear. He was rude to the women, the way he handed food to the women, were like we were peasants and he was very dismissive. I worked customer service for 8 years. It don’t take much to utilize common courtesy. He snatched the bag from me, when one of the employees said something in their language and I observed they had to put something else in the bag. You don’t snatch a bag once a customer has touched it even if it’s still on the counter. I was checking the receipt. Polite thing to do is say please hold on. I have another item for you. It takes zero effort for common courtesy. Thankfully the food wasn’t for me. Cause they won’t be getting any business from me.

I wish I should have read the Reviews first. I called them to let them know my frustration about the food and all he did was say he's sorry and hung the phone up.
That was definitely very discouraging. 🙄🫨

I ordered beef with broccoli with white rice yesterday and I got food poisoning. It was the only thing I had eaten when the symptoms started.

I have eaten here many times since 2021. It was so amazing today though. Perfect temperature, excellent flavor, and it was quick.

FYI This is a take out restaurant not a sit down & be served establishment.

This is sort of a weird review. Because as much as the store needs the reviews the consumers do too. I’d placed an order that I really wanted and would normally rate them 5⭐️. They are as the reviews show one of these few dynamite spots in the area. Food is always fresh. Service is warm. And it never takes forever. And rare do you have recheck your food. But tonite my intuition said open it and move the rice. And well pork in the rice and rolls though a note no pork due to allergies. Sort of sucks because their food is that good. But the thing is even a store has to slow it down to ensure quality not quantity and food is done by the order not by the menu to ensure each customer has what it needs. And we have to stop to make sure in deliveries or pick up that we have what we need. Might even call ahead just to make sure they remembered your requests. Though it didn’t
Work for me today I am sure it’ll work for someone else.

This is the best chinese restaurant in the tidewater area.
Incredible food, immediate/prompt service, and they will literally have your order ready in 5 min or less.
Good locality to Langley, and to interstate, well worth it to stop off just for this place.

Highly recommend, not to be missed, they have been here 35 years, and hopefully for 35 more!

This was actually the first time i ever got take out from this establishment. Even though i think the prices are kind of high,
the food however was amazing. I plan on coming back, just not as often as i would like. i got to get a second job

My go to Chinese takeout place for over 15 years, have never had any issues or dissapointments. They have no problems customizing any food order you, which is helpful because my Autistic child is a picky eater, today they made just plain fried rice, and plain mai Fun noodles, for her and she thoroughly enjoyed. I enjoyed dumplings with extra spicy hot and sour soup, delicious!!

Chicken wings were burnt and I received pork fried rice instead of the plain fried rice that I requested. Delivery came from uber eats. Also there was a piece of a silver scrubber used to wash dishes in my general chicken

The customer service was polite and excellent Their service was quick. The food was made fresh , I would highly recommend this place to eat at 100%
