Came in with my girlfriend this morning for some breakfast and there was tbis big guy sitting in the back with another man he was very rude, upset because the cook didn’t want to have a conversation with him and was cussing out loud I could hear him across the restaurant overall everything else was okay , my eggs was cold and my pancakes were burnt. My waitress Marilyn was amazing tho!

My waitress Keyonna was amazing the way she handled all of our food and drinks me and my group of (8) made sure to tip very well she was polite and well mannered I’ll definitely be coming back
We came with a group of 20, the store is empty and the waitress tells us that she is the only one in the store. That we can only order to go.

I've never dined at this location, always delivery. Their food and customer service are always on point. The food, always fresh. I usually order the strawberry cheesecake waffles combo. They never forget to include strawberry syrup in the fresh strawberries. Plus, every now and again, they throw in a little something extra, like a sausage link or something. Just enough to make me feel appreciated. It's the little things, and they mean, so much. I have tried to give other locations, like 15447 Warwick, a chance: always a letdown. No matter if I dine in or order in, the veggies be spoiled or burnt, and whenever I order in, they never include the strawberry syrup. I will be sticking with 11745 Jefferson. Top notch service! Thank you!

We went to a family get together here. IHOP has never been my choice of restaurants, BUT this experience was so good that I will now be going back. The staff who took care of us (Chelea, Briyanna and Juli) were incredible. They were efficient, attentive and friendly. They paid special attention to our 2 year old daughter who LOVES to interact with our wait staff at any and all restaurant. They were able to do a great job for us and still make our daughter feel seen and important. Alexis (who was not our waitress) came to a table at the back near us to eat on her break. She ended up eating with our daughter sitting next to her the entire time and was so friendly and fun. Our baby LOVED this experience and has asked to go back and see her friends multiple times over the past 3 days.

Our server was amazing. I felt so bad for her the cook was being awful to her throwing things at her and belittling her so loud the whole restaurant heard . The French toast was undercooked,the French fries had an old oil taste just over all disgusted will never go back . Heard another server say that the cook is always throwing things and being horrible and they just have to put up with it
