Took my family there for dinner tonight and it was a horrible experience. We will not be returning. We showed up about an hour and a half before closing and the cook was the only person in the building so he seated and served us. It was two adults and two toddlers so as usual we expected the kids eat free with the purchase of an adult dinner meal. Which was not the case because he told us that location doesn’t honor that rule so he charged us for the kids meals. When we got our food everything was burnt all 4 meals and we were the only people in the restaurant so there was no reason our bacon and pancakes should have been that burnt. We felt to uncomfortable to say anything about the burnt food or argue about the kids meal charges with it being the just the cook and us with our little ones in the restaurant so late at night.

The utensils we received were dirty. Asked for new ones and received a pile of wet utensils and soaked napkins. When we said something she was like yeah sorry they're wet because I rinsed them off?. After waiting for almost 20 minutes the waitress came out to tell us they didn't have any country fried steak (we had ordered 2). We solved the problem for them and said to use the breaded chicken instead. The gravy we received on the chicken was thick , lumpy, and cold. I can't speak for the men's restroom but the women's bathroom was very dirty and gross.

Never in my life have i ever had pancakes so thin from ihop. I order from ihop just because the pancakes are so fluffy but this time i was blown away from how thin they were. My hashbrowns was soggy and gritty and burnt smh

Pre covid this IHOP was way better. Since covid the place has gone down.The place was not busy but yet was not cleaned floors unswept and sticky from things be spilt.They didn’t have orange juice and ran out of T-Bone steaksService was ok, server didn’t write anything down which I’m always impressed with however she then forgot a few things.
