I ordered this past Saturday, 12/20/25. I order the same thing from IHOP through their own website every time, and this past Saturday should not have been any different. Fresh pancakes? Check. Fresh coffee? Check. Unfortunately, that’s where the consistency ended.
I ordered a full stack of pancakes and received only one syrup. I see that IHOP now charges $1.50 per syrup cup—really? Perhaps that’s why they only gave me one cup for a full stack, essentially forcing me to pay extra if I wanted enough syrup to actually enjoy my meal. I’ve always received at least two syrups with this order, so this was frustrating and unexpected, especially since I did not have any syrup at home.
The hash browns were the biggest disappointment. I always request them crispy, but what I received was unacceptable. One side was so overcooked it was basically a brick, while the other side was just well-done. The portion was also shockingly small—small enough to fit in my hand—and most of it was inedible due to how hard it was. I could scrape a little off the softer side, but that left me with what was essentially a hard, coaster shaped hash brown.
Whenever I have ordered IHOP delivery, I have always been satisfied until now. Between the missing syrup and the poor quality and portion size of the hash browns, this order was extremely disappointing. I requested a partial refund for the issues, but so far, I’ve received nothing but crickets. I’ve also attached a picture of the “hockey puck” hash brown I received with my order.

Typical IHOP. I enjoy the food (hashbrowns were a bit overdone) and the staff was friendly enough. Kinda loud (it is IHOP), and the staff was arguing with each other while we were there, but that is part of the experience! Better than Waffle House!!

Sent first plate back because it was burnt. They bring out second plate and we find bugs in the food and they acted like they didn't do it. The bugs were still alive after food was cooked. Avoid this place. It has gone down hill the last few yrs.

Great Service, Food was good presentation wasn’t best. my server and manager was great. BUT THERE IS BLACK MOLD OVER ALL THE AIR VENTS AND COMING DOWN THE WALLS VERY DISGUSTING!!! NOT TO MENTION ONE OF THE WORKERS CAME OUT OF THE RESTROOM W HIS APRON ON AND WENT BACK IN THE KITCHEN SO UNSANITARY
