We went there for breakfast during the week. It was not crowded at all which made everything go smoother. I got the 2x2x2 menu with scrambled egg whites and turkey bacon, it was really tasty. As expected, it was an average experience. The service was good, once we got seated, but it took a long time to get seated, then to get our food, about an hour total from the time we walked in to when our food finally came out. Had I known the total wait would be that long, I would've made another choice. I thought it must be crowded since we were going on Sunday, only to find the restaurant was 1/2 full when we got inside. I guess they might've been short staffed. Overall, not a wholly negative experience, but I chose another establishment this week.

I ordered via uber eats two breakfast samplers, OJ and cinnamon dippers. When the food arrived it was missing pancakes, I didn’t receive my oj, the hash browns were burnt in one of the samplers and the free cinnamon dippers where hard as rocks. My problem is I’m spending my hard earned money on a service I’m expecting to at least be decent. I’m highly disappointed. Uber eats is just as bad as the service I received. They will never have to worry about me ordering anything from any IHop again.

Ihop has gotten expensive. The 55 and up menu prices aren’t reasonable anymore.

The seating was super quick. The food and service were good. Nyana was our server, and she did a great job. She was professional, and her appearance was to standard. The only thing IHOP needs to improve on is cleaning the vents and floors. I would recommend this establishment.

IHOP has really changed for the better. The staff works together to ensure your satisfaction.
Our food was brought, and the hash browns were very burnt. I'm not sure why the waitress served it to us like that. I used to be a waitress, and I know not to do that. I would have made them make new ones because it was pretty bad. After we had the food for a little bit, she didn't come check on us a few minutes after we got our food..so we had to sit there and wait to get new hashbrowns, I just ate the cold food first I didn't speak up about it and I believe it was the manager that actually fixed the mistake she was very nice. Well, our waitress was just sitting over talking to the people cooking she didn't give us a lot of attention. My bacon was cold. My eggs were cold. The only thing that was cooked really well was the pancakes. This restaurant is very clean looking and the manager for that shift was obviously a good manager. I love IHOP, but this was extremely disappointing. I usually go to the IHOP closer to my house, but they closed early. I've never had a problem with them. It's really bad that I would feel as somebody who's worked in the food industry uncomfortable with complaining about everything on my plate but except the pancakes I really could have. And I get uncomfortable complaining because I know what it's like to work in the industry. But that was ridiculous. The waitress definitely needs somebody to help her train better. You never give food like that to customers because my roommates food was also the same way as mine. Everything was cold, and hash browns were burnt.

Wonderful service and delicious pancakes, but that's about all it has going for it. Never order eggs from here as they always come under done, three times I've gotten undercooked eggs, so I'll only be getting pancakes here from now on.

It stinks literally soon as I walked up to the entrance it kinda smells of dirty mop water or something. The main issue no one is at the front. I get being short staffed but you have to at least have someone who is acknowledging when ppl walk in. I was in there with other ppl waiting along with myself and not one person greeted us, asked what we needed, etc. Every single employee just kept walking past. Not one but two employees came to the host register to do whatever and still didn’t ask or acknowledge the lobby guest. I had to stop a waitress and say something to get help smh

Went there Friday night was told by manager that the Friday BOGO on burgers was eat in only. I told her I had been there numerous times and she has given me the food. She claimed her staff messed up! No where on ad does it say eat in.. guess she hasn't notice how many restaurants shut down or it's a reason she is evening manager at IHOP! Do better, make money, stay in business . Smh..went to Gyros spot up the street more expensive but more trustworthy!
