If you Love ?wings as much as I do. Look no further. The crunch and seasoning is perrrfect!!! I've had wings from many popular chains in the area and in my travels as well nothing compares. If you wsnt a GREAT ?... I had the audacity to order one to go thinking I can eat this on my commute home, was i mistaken. The JT Burger is on point?. Best kept secret in town.

Great service and a very professional staff of lovely women. I was taken back by their attention to detail and service oriented hospitality.The atmosphere was very welcoming. Teunsha was such a very personable person making time to speak with every customer that sat at the bar. She made me feel right at home. I really appreciated that.Teunsha knows how to provide great leadership to her employees and great service to her customers.I most definitely will be returning to support this business. I went on Sunday and ordered from the brunch menu, "(3) Chicken Wings and Waffles". When I received my order, it was 3 wingettes and waffles. The wingettes were fine, but the menu clearly said WINGS not wingettes. I called only wanting to know why I received wingettes, equaling up to 1 1/2 wings for $11, instead of 3 whole wings . I simply suggested the menu should have indicated what was actually being sold. Staff then passed the call to management, who thought my question was funny and she proceeded to ask how I paid and to just give me a refund. First off, I did not ask for a refund. I asked for an explanation. In which she failed to provide. I had no complaints about the food. As my granddaughter's meal was sufficient, I have a problem with a member of management failing to be a manager.Because I am an avid supporter of black owned businesses, it pains me to see our businesses suffer at the hands of poor customer service or inadequate staff. The other staff members were very pleasant and the "manager" clearly should take a page from their books.

Went here today for a pop up and had a great time!

It’s cute place and black owned the food just wasn’t good and I’m disappointed because I got some simple WINGS . If you are a well done lover this isn’t your place !

First time take out .. beautiful atmosphere .. Customer service w a smile..and the food was phenomenal..Will be back

Great friendly atmosphere and your patience with my elderly Mother is truly appreciated. We have not been out in a year, so it like getting back into some type of normalcy. She loved her food and the SERVER!!

The food and drinks were great! We ordered a couple beers and a couple mixed drinks which were awesome. Crab pretzel was great, JT burger very juicy and flavorful, grilled shrimp and asparagus all awesome. Our server was wonderful :)

Cutomer service is a NO. Chicken wings meh. I only went because it was close by.This place has so much potential. I would run it myself.

Had drinks and good music with a few friends. Much needed break from staying home! I will return for some of the food very soon

Service has changed a lot. I love the wings and parm fries. My coworkers and I ordered earlier this year and a few months ago, and food was great. But the last time we ordered at work through doordash they wasn't so great. They called at the last minute to say that they didn't have French fries and asked if we wanted tater tots and it made our food late, even though we ordered an hour ahead of time. We tried to give them another shot and ordered today an hour ahead of lunch time. 10 minutes before 12 the door dasher calls to tell us that JTs is saying they don't have the Buffalo chicken salad (although its on the menu). So they asked what we want instead. I asked why they didn't call sooner. They claimed they were waiting on us to call back, but no one called us in the first place! We told them the plain fried chicken on the salad was fine. They told us we had to pay an extra $1. I asked them "why would we pay extra for plain chicken if we ordered Buffalo". So the dasher was talking to the JT employee and then tells me that the just employee said she talked to someone and they can put the Buffalo sauce on the chicken (well I thought you would have done that anyway), but they dont sell it anymore. So I asked the dasher if they had all the other items ready, and she was told yes, that they were just waiting on the salad info from us. 12:00 comes, And We go to wait outside the gate for the food and the dasher isn't there. So I text her, and she replied it'll be 5 more minutes. Ten minutes pass. I text again and the food still hasn't come. Its now 12:15 and we only have 30 minites for lunch. So I call the restaurant and tell her my name and ask has the food gone out, the lady tells me "almost". I explained to her, "We only have 30 minutes for lunch and its now 12:20 and you said you didn't have the Buffalo chicken for the salad but that's all you were waiting on. Was any of the other food ready?" she responded that they didn't make any of the food until they heard back about the salad. Really??? Now why would they not make none of the other order but tell the dasher everything was being prepared and tell her a lie that its five more minutes? Also they did not call us to tell us that they no longer had the item ahead of time. So I responded "No one called or communicated anything and we ordered over an hour ago" the employee just was silent on the phone. No apology or anything. I called the dasher to let her know we were canceling because we had to go back to work. My coworkers and I didn't eat lunch. I am very disappointed. I really liked the food but customer service is not good and communication is unsatisfactory. Will not be ordering from them again.
