It's really hard to please me, but I'm going to be honest, I've received crappy service here in the past, but the Last 5 times I ordered food for my office, the food was hot and fresh. I even picked dinner up for my elderly neighbor once at 9:30 pm and the food was hot & fresh. I don't know if it's luck or better management, but I'm impressed. I'm proud to be able to say something good about this place finally. Keep up the good work, J Clyde KFC!

Disgusting 🫣 what happened to the recipe??? Bought our Dinner just to put into the trash😒 cole slaw not even close to what it was before, same with the chicken and mashed potatoes. I visited the KFC drive-thru on Sunday, December 8th, at 1:30 PM, and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. It started with the woman taking my order over the intercom. She was beyond rude—rushing me, constantly talking over me, and acting like she didn’t want to be there. Honestly, if she’s that miserable, maybe she should consider taking the day off or finding a new job.
To make matters worse, they were out of nearly everything. A chicken restaurant that can’t keep stock on a Sunday afternoon? Ridiculous. The chicken I finally managed to get was bland and uninspired—barely any flavor at all. For a $20+ order, I at least expected decent food. They didn’t even include ranch sauce, which I specifically asked for. And to top it all off, they didn’t give me a receipt, which felt incredibly unprofessional and frustrating.
Overall, this was a horrible experience from start to finish. The staff’s attitude, the lack of stock, and the poor-quality food were unacceptable. I won’t be returning anytime soon, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Do better, KFC.

I ordered a 4-piece, fried chicken only box. I expected the box to contain a wing, a breast, a leg, and a thigh. When I got home I found all dark meat-two legs, and two thighs. The person who took my order over the intercom spoke in a low volume voice. I could barely understand him.

I do door dash and manager on duty is very rude told me waiting on a product been here almost 30 mins and wouldn’t tell me what product she was waiting on and was doing other customers orders that came after me being here almost 30 mins..plus manager wanna get nasty with me for her mess up.. I don’t recommend ordering from this kfc whether door dash or just in genera … manager very unprofessional and other workers just walking around not helping
I worked at KFC for 6 years never been so nasty even at this location somebody not putting trimmers on there chicken and getting rid of the Old chicken nerver going back
