I ordered 3 piece chicken meal on uber eats. Order was placed around 9:30pm and was delivered at 10:14pm. It was not what I ordered. It was old chicken tenders burnt. KFC told the driver to tell me. They sent what they had 🫤 I called the location around 10:20 white lady answered. I asked her are your store out of chicken? She responds yes, my cook gets off at 11. I tell her my order was made during the 9:00 hour and your location don’t close until 12. Right now it’s top of the 10:00 hour. But y’all decided to send me something yall was going to throw away. That’s very poor customer service. I would never have any of them on shift. Working at my establishment. This happened last night 10/05/2025 I’m completely blown away by the lack of concern and poor customer service. Who are you to decide to just send anything. It’s not your $23 there are fees when using delivery services only for the order to come to what the store say they had. I will be sending an email and making a phone call to corporate office

We order our food @ 915PM we didn’t get the food until 935PM the manager start closing the dining room around 920PM. The customer outside wanted to come in. and I asked the staff one time the store close, The Manager response was there were only 2 people in the store and that’s there excuse why they have to close the dining room to early. The food is horrible. The fries were cook in the chicken fryer and the biscuits are hard. The standard of this store is very. I won’t recommend this store. Poor service and unprofessional staff.😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞

If we could give out negitive stars we would. After waiting for 30 mins for them to take my daughters order after taking my wifes order. I get having new peole but customer service is number 1.

I had two orders the first one went through no problem from a cashier the second order the manager got on the speaker and asked me to hurry it up she was on a time frame for a drive-thru the second order was canceled by us because of that and we went to Chick-fil-A we just asked a question what was the difference between one meal and another meal so we knew which one she wanted to pick it was 10:58 no one was there behind us they just open .The poor cashier I paid for my first order ask him to give me a receipt if that wouldn't take too long he asked me if I needed any condiments I told him no I didn't want to take up any more his time I did not want him to be fired the manager was truly truly rude I called corporate right away ??? as we were pulling off there was still no one behind us when we pulled on the street.
