I had two orders the first one went through no problem from a cashier the second order the manager got on the speaker and asked me to hurry it up she was on a time frame for a drive-thru the second order was canceled by us because of that and we went to Chick-fil-A we just asked a question what was the difference between one meal and another meal so we knew which one she wanted to pick it was 10:58 no one was there behind us they just open .The poor cashier I paid for my first order ask him to give me a receipt if that wouldn't take too long he asked me if I needed any condiments I told him no I didn't want to take up any more his time I did not want him to be fired the manager was truly truly rude I called corporate right away ??? as we were pulling off there was still no one behind us when we pulled on the street.

Very unseasoned chicken. No flavor at all. Not worth the money. Chicken isn't marinated and is overcooked in old grease. The only consistency is the poor quality of food.

Service was terrible. After placing order and taking our money, got part of order and told pot pie would be 20 mins. Ask for refund for pot pie and they don't give refunds. Waited a total of 45 mins before getting pot pie. Didn't trust they Service at all....so wasted $20 on that visit. Will never go back. Reported to

Went to the KFC that I usually go to ordered my food, Get to work open the box, and my chicken is overcooked. Call to speak to the manager the guy told me he was the manager explain to him and his response was I would like to see that because I cook the chicken and I told him that I took and I could bring the chicken back up after I get off from work, the gentleman was very rude and how he Supposed to have handled the situation and hung up the phone on me ! So I called Corporate and let them know how things were handled. Could’ve been a very easy fix. You don’t be rude to people that patronize your business often will never go there again !

This is a combo restaurant and should be avoided . Food was very old . I went inside and heard three other customers ask for food the payed for and did not get , they also didn't give me part of my order . Food was very old and soggy

Went there about 7 o'clock on a Thursday night to pick up my mobile order when I got home about 10 mins away. I noticed that the french fries were stale and over cooked the potatoes in the chessy Fiesta potato bowl was hard and stale, and the chicken was dry as can be and the tenders I ordered where small amd looked more like nuggets and slightly over cooked and dry i don't know if this is a normal thing that happens here but I don't think I'll be back here anytime soon.
