KEEP DRIVING! I ordered the Gravy Fest Tenders Box. Waited 20 min in an empty lobby to receive my order. Fries and chicken were so old, it looked like it was cooked the day before. I asked for fresh food, they threw the old food back in fryer and gave it right back to me. Young kids with no training who don't care and no manager in sight. The only thing you can purchase here is disappointment.

Ok, I purchased two 2 peice to go. The fries were the worst I ever had hard as a brick old as dirt. The chicken was a step above that. I will attempt to contact the company. The purchaser deserve a good product if they have old left over chicken throw it out.🤨

Went to this KFC for wings and fries. My first order was a little disappointing. Spoke with ALYIAH, ohhhh please, I hope I spelled it right 🙄🤔☺️. She was magnificent in taking care of this situation. She informed me of the policies and was kind to cook a fresh batch. She was kind and understanding of customers feelings, of what they might feel, if food was not up to par. I appreciated her for being so kind. The store is well kept. The food, for the most part, always good. The bathrooms are clean. Parking is plentiful. One of the nicest KFC in the area.

I ordered the new BBQ extra crispy, they just put the chicken and dumped a bunch of bbq source on top, making this meal un-etable due to the large amount of sauce. When I received my order they provided NO Ketchup, napkins or forks.
Bathroom is distry and smelly. I wont be back to this nasty restaurant. Avoid if you can.

It looked like a tiny pigeon leg. The chicken was so dried up, i could hardly eat it and the biscuit was so hard. I try to cut it in half it into pieces. They had no butter for the biscuit. I will never eat here again. An Air Force Vietnam Veteran. My puppy liked it. Smiles.
I ask for a 2 pc & 3pc combo, get my right amount of pieces in each combos but when I check the receipt, they charge me for a 2 pc and for a 4 pc combo. I was in a hurry so I didn't have the chance to complain. The guy in the drive-thru window was unfriendly and had a face like he didn't want to work that day. 4/22/2025 around 7:00 pm Mash potatoes not fresh and the chicken neither.

Unfortunately KFC has completely hit rock bottom. It used to be a favorite of mine, but the last three times (I kept trying) I purchased - the food has been too dry to eat. I think it sits under the heat lamp all day or something. I am finally done and will never go back. It's not the KFC of my younger days!

I tried to order the wing meal and I was told oh. We don't have that then. I was told we don't sell that because people complain that the wings are not big enough for the amount of money. It doesn't matter what they think it's what I think. So I laughed without getting anything.
