Unfortunately KFC has completely hit rock bottom. It used to be a favorite of mine, but the last three times (I kept trying) I purchased - the food has been too dry to eat. I think it sits under the heat lamp all day or something. I am finally done and will never go back. It's not the KFC of my younger days!

I tried to order the wing meal and I was told oh. We don't have that then. I was told we don't sell that because people complain that the wings are not big enough for the amount of money. It doesn't matter what they think it's what I think. So I laughed without getting anything.

I’m amazed this location is even in business any more. Always dead, extremely long waits for the order, watered down soda, they got rid of the popcorn chicken for the disgusting chicken nuggets that…. Aren’t even really nuggets just chunked chicken. They really need to have corporate come in and either take over this location or shut them down!

I placed on online order for a chicken pot pie. My son picked up the order but didn’t check any of the food before leaving KFC. After opening the chicken pot pie box, I was in complete shock. It is overcooked/burnt!!!! Someone should have checked the food before allowing it to be served to ANYONE. I know that I will not receive reimbursement but this is completely unsatisfactory.

Went during the middle of dinner rush ( about 5:30pm) and only one customer was there. Thats a red flag right there. Middle of dinner in the busiest section of newport news and only one person is catering to your place. It says everything. Despite only one person being in front of me in the drive thru the wait was 20 minutes and the chicken was still ice cold. We really need to let these place go under in 2024. Follow the chick fil a model or go under. Terrible quality and pay their employees next to nothing.
