This place hasn't seen a cleaning crew in a while, there are chicken bones all over the floor. Sticky tables and on the monitor to order the food.
Not gonna lie, today is the second day in a row I paid for extra sauces to be included with the sauces that comes with meals and didnt even get a single one.

I usually purchase every Tuesday the dark meat bucket and experience one of two things. They never have any dark meat available (5:00 p/m.) and the employees can't count to eight.; just to seven pieces. Poorly trained and managed!!

I ordered chicken tenders and potato wedges through the KFC app at this location. When I got there, I was told they were out of wedges and was given soggy fries instead. The fries weren’t even close to being an equal replacement — they were terrible. If you really want some good wedges, go to Wendy’s during breakfast hours. This location is trash.

At 8:31 on a Sunday evening cashier italia the short chunky cashier was very disrespectful and rude servicing us i will never visit this KFC again due to the disrespect and rudeness she displayed Colonel Sanders would be very disappointed. Does not exemplify KFC values

I will not be returning to this KFC location. Every time I visit, the service and quality fall short of the KFC name and mission of “to serve finger lickin’ good food at a fast pace, with a smile, in a way that leaves every customer satisfied.”
I placed an online order that showed as “ready” in the app, but when I arrived no one was at the front counter. After waiting, someone finally came out to assist me. I was also told this location doesn’t carry honey garlic sauce on the wings—even though it was listed as an option in the app. When I got home, none of the sauces I requested were included, and the gravy I paid extra for was also missing.
The customer service and efficiency at this location are not up to par.
Suggestions for improvement:
Keep the app updated with accurate menu options.
Greet customers promptly upon arrival.
Double-check orders before handing them out to ensure all items are included.
