I ordered a 8 piece family meal and they didn't give me the biscuits that came with it, the biscuits were the main reason I chose to go there. I called and called because I couldn't immediately run back to the KFC but I never got an answer, I literally called like 20 times, it's like they knew they messed up my order and we're not tryna own their mistake smh

Absolutely horrible service. The guy working the window is more worried about playing with the other employees over making sure the orders are correct. I had to repeat my order multiple times because he was getting distracted. Then I get my food and I get the wrong sides but my receipt has the correct sides. I tried to call back up there to get it squared away but they did not answer the phone. I even had to wait to get someone else's attention just so I could get sauce for my strips.

I am always very respectful to those in the service industry, especially those that handle your food. I often have rude encounters at this particular store, but it's the closest one to me. The young lady at the window was very rude and dismissive. When a customer complains about cold, old food you do not argue and give your personal opinion, you replace it. Do better in the service industry. If you don't like what you do, find a different job.
