Chicken was great. Fries weren't. Tasted like old grease and been sitting under a heat lamp. I don't get chicken too often because it's too salty to me. 900 seasonings and salt is overpowering the other seasoning. Love the biscuits tho. Better than that one eyed sailor, or that banjo place.

I love KFC. The food is always fresh and the workers are always pleasant. But this place needs to be better staffed. The workers there work very hard. They are friendly but to have 3 people during a busy time can be overwhelming for anyone. And to have impatient rude customers only adds more stress.

I just ordered an eight piece nugget meal. The nuggets were tougher than leather from sitting under the heating lamp to long so I gave them to my dog. I see why the parking lot was empty. They won't get another dime of my money.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a fast-food restaurant in my life. We waited 37 minutes for our food — almost forty minutes — and when it was finally ready, the manager threw our food on the counter like we didn’t matter. No apology, no explanation, no basic customer service. Just pure attitude.
When we calmly asked for his name so we could report the situation, he refused to tell us and actually told us to get out of the store! I was shocked. That is absolutely unacceptable behavior from anyone, let alone a manager.
After waiting that long and being treated so horribly, you’d think they’d at least try to make it right — but nope, not even close. No refund, no gift card, nothing. Just rudeness and disrespect.
I will NEVER go back to this KFC, and I hope corporate seriously investigates what’s going on at this location. No customer should ever be treated this way.

Last evening after work, i ordered meals totaling $35.17 including 4 biscuits. When I opened the bag at home(I live 35 miles from this location.) there were no biscuits! I went back after church with my receipt today, they didn’t believe me and I got no biscuits! I love their chicken, but the biscuits are delicious 💙so disappointing

They brought the order I placed yesterday incomplete and I lost a lot of time in front of the customer. Even though I warned them twice, they placed the same order and both the customer and I were mağdured. Your staff is very slow and careless. It is not possible to do business with so many children.

How do you have no drinks besides unsweetened tea and water bottles? The lady was so rude then when we told her she got the order wrong she told us to drive around and reorder. She made no sense. Cannot stand these people working who don’t want to be there taking it out on us. I drove off. Rather take my business elsewhere

Poor customer service. I went there just before 9pm. I ordered or I should say tried to order a 12 piece family meal and was told by the girl on the mic that the manager wasn't going to allow anymore family meals because they were running out of food. I asked to speak to the manager I was told pull to the window.(She was nice and only doing what she was told). I pulled to the window the manager came I asked why I couldn't order a family meal. He gave me some bull about they were out of flour and the truck doesn't coming until tomorrow morning. I really wanted to cuss him out but instead I asked him what his name was. He said DEE and I drove off. I never was asked could you do a 8 pc instead or what type of chicken I wanted. I know it had nothing to do with flour, it was simple laziness and poor customer service. It was late and he didn't want to make more chicken. Now I wonder who from KFC will contact me about this poor service 🤔
