I placed an order via the app on Oct 10. Arrived to a note in the door that said they only had coffee, tea, or iced drinks and only jelly filled donuts. I went in and they did have glazed donuts which was only part of my order. She asked if I would be ok with 2 dozen of the original glazed. I said yes only to get home to open up the boxes to clearly old and stale donuts. How do I get my money back?

I ordered a dozen donuts online, including speciality donuts. Half of them were not available when I got there. Refund wasn't issued for the upcharges.
Also the person working the drive through window was hard to understand. I asked about 6 times what they were saying and still didn't really understand what the worker was saying. I understood something wasnt available but not what because her speech was so hard to understand. Didn't even know for sure what wasnt there until after we received it because I couldn't understand the worker.
Definitely need to update the app when things aren't available. These were for a birthday celebration. And they need to have people who are understandable interact with customers.
Donuts were great but we went later in the day, so that may be why.
Overall, we'll be skipping this place in the future.

Received a targeted Facebook ad that I could order donuts for delivery. I ordered a delivery 4 days out and recieved notification 44 minutes prior to my scheduled delivery that my order was canceled without explanation. To me, this implies that it was canceled by an employee at the location.
Served by Za’Mariyon. Excellent customer service each time he takes my order. Well mannered; raised well. Congrats to his family who raised him.
