The least enthusiastic server I have ever encountered. Hard to hear them, seemed annoyed to have to serve me. Decided replacing empty donut trays with no other customers waiting was more important than completing my sale.

Came there at 7pm and the only donuts they had on display were football doughnuts. Even in their carts they only had football donuts. I know it’s the Superbowl but your a donut shop have a variety. They didn’t even have any of their signature glazed donuts they normally make those all the time.

Best doughnuts ever!! Seeing that hot sign lit and watching the cooking process is a one of a kind.
I used to love this Krispy Kreme. But for the second time in a row. I got my kids all excited to go get donuts as a special treat and KK were closed an hour before the scheduled time of closing. They were actually still open in the drive-thru, but the inside with little kids is a lot easier (and more exciting) to choose a special donut. Thank you so much, Krispykreme for deciding at RANDOM to close the lobby an hour early. Next time mop your floors at 10 when your website says you are closed.

What a joke. The cashier was pretty unresponsive. On top of that I ordered a caramel mocha iced coffee large. For my son I ordered a small lemonade chiller which tasted horrible. I noticed my Iced coffee was In a cup the same size as my sons. When I asked if that’s the large for iced coffee, she said “oh sorry” Van pours it into a large cup and tops it with whipped cream. Not only did I just get a small size portion in a large cup, but because she didn’t mix it very well, none of the caramel and mocha went with it. So I was left with a small plain iced coffee in a large cup. If my son wasn’t with me, I would have made my irritation very clear.

Very nice and helpful employees. I forgot to order something and the employee did not get mad. She said no problem and quickly added it to my order.
