Very nice and helpful employees. I forgot to order something and the employee did not get mad. She said no problem and quickly added it to my order.

Kid-friendliness: They give the kids a special hat and have a window so the kids can see the doughnuts being made.

It's a donut store so you can probably picture what to expect..no surprises here.. But it is a very good donut store.

I used to love this Krispy Kreme. But for the second time in a row. I got my kids all excited to go get donuts as a special treat and KK were closed an hour before the scheduled time of closing. They were actually still open in the drive-thru, but the inside with little kids is a lot easier (and more exciting) to choose a special donut. Thank you so much, Krispykreme for deciding at RANDOM to close the lobby an hour early. Next time mop your floors at 10 when your website says...
