This is a small but cozy Korean spot I go to almost every other Monday. I love the yukgaejang and beef galbi. The side dishes are always good as well. The service is also very good, super nice people and very attentive. Definitely one of my favorite spots

Tteokboki was good and spicy! We also ordered spicy pork bulgogi with fried rice and mandu. I ordered jjambbong which was ok but not as flavorful as the tteokboki. We'll go again and try other items.

Spicy! My husband really enjoyed his spicy Beef bulgogi. Enjoyed having kimbap for the first time. The soup was unfortunately too spicy for me, even at the mildest spice level. But it was an enjoyable experience.

Normally I go to Hasang in Norfolk, but they were closed. I had a taste for Yukgaejang, which I love and sometimes make at home but did not have the ingredients. I drove 30 minutes to this place based on all the good reviews. There was a good number of people in the restaurant and two young ladies working their butts off to serve all their customers. I ordered and waited the 20-25 minutes. When I got home I was very disappointed. The broth was bordering on clear( I am used to a deep brown and red broth) and not very fragrant. The banchan had more of a pungent smell than the stew. The stew had very little meat and was not spicy or flavorful. It tasted like chicken noodle soup with the essence of beef. There were few noodles and the stew was more like a soup with how little veggies, meat and noodles were in it. I was left unsatisfied and still hungry as I could not finish the salty, flavorless broth, with minimal beef. I would not go here again and next time will wait for my favorite place. I have posted a picture of what I got versus what the dish normally looks like. Complete waste of time, gas and my $20.

We haven’t tried Korean food before and were pleasantly surprised. I can’t speak on the service really. I walked in to pickup my food and there were ladies in front of me taking forever to do a Togo order. Another waitress ended up grabbing my order for me. The appetizers (kimbap and fried mandu) were both great! I would definitely get them again. I got the beef bulgogi and that was amazing, the fried rice I got with it wasn’t really flavorful. I could’ve gotten the white rice and been just as happy with the meal. My husband got the chicken and broccoli teriyaki. It wasn’t bad, but I don’t think it was the best chicken and broccoli I’ve ever gotten. Overall the food was good, I would prefer this over any Chinese food. But I can’t rate it very high because I want to try some other Korean restaurants to compare the food. Overall, not bad food at all. If you’re in the area I would suggest giving them a try.
