Little Caesars Pizza

Ungodly slow. One person making pizzas. One person staring at the oven waiting for the pizza they just put in to come out the other end. One person giving moral support. People just walk out cause nobody comes to take the order.

The individual working the cash register lied, about serving menu items at certain times. Terrible service.

I ordered an Italian cheese bread and it didn’t have the garlic butter or seasoning on it. It tasted bland. So I put it in the refrigerator to take back later and get a good one. I just got home from taking it back. I told the man the problem and he shook some seasoning on top of the cold bread and then tried to give it to me. The proper response would have been to give me a fresh one made correctly. I was quite disappointed.

This was the worst experience i have had. I ordered my pizza over the phone and was told it would be ready in like 15 mins. 17 mins I find out my pizza wasn’t even made yet. Poor service. I won’t be going here AGAIN.

This is one of the worst Little Caesars yo pick your pizza up from. They are often under staffed, multiple times my order was wrong or was told they were out of something once I arrived. Then tried to offer me something else of lesser value! I try to avoid this location at all cost!

I would give them zero stars if I could. The manager Justin B had horrible customer service and when I received the wrong order in way longer time than stated. He told me I'd have to give him the wrong one back and wait over again. I told him it's unsanitary to resell a pizza a customer already opened but he insisted he would put it in the hot box anyway and refused to give me the district managers number so I had to get it from another location and the DM John handled everything perfectly.

Walked in. Service was slow. Got a ready 2 go pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. They were pretty cold. Not a great experience.

Ordered from this location a few times with good luck. Recently has gone downhill, past few times pizza was alright. Today I got home and the pizza was cold and clearly not fully cooked, would've been easier to go to the store and get a frozen one.
