Little Caesars Pizza

I come here because my kids enjoy it, but every time there is an issue. Food is never ready on time and today I heard from the guy hollering in the back they have my pizza away! I arrived within 3 minutes of me receiving an email saying the pizza was ready for pick up. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to make me a new one. Customer service is horrible!

Let me start by saying Little Caesars will never get my business again. I wish I would have read the review beforehand. The order was wrong I ordered half pepperoni and half ham and pineapple. The order was completely wrong, when I called to speak with a manager, she was very rude and tried to blame it on the delivery driver and then had the nerves to ask if I still wanted my pizza remade. I asked the so call manager for corporate number, and it took her 20 minutes just to do that. This store needs to be shut down the food is horrible, and the customer service is worse. Everyone in this store needs to be FIRED!!!!! After speaking to corporate was when everything was corrected. After picking up my correct order after paying for delivery when I got there I was not acknowledge, didn't receive an apology, didn't even get greeted when I walked in... The workers look like they just rolled out of bed. WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSSINESS!!!! Again, if you're in Newport News, VA please don't go the Little Caesars on Jefferson this was a horrible experience I wouldn't feed this food to a dog let alone another human being.

Waited for 30 mins in the drive thru as the two ladies that worked were in the back. She served the people that came inside but when she got to the window, I was informed that they were out of everything. I preceded to ask how long and the response I got was “15-20… however, long it takes to cook pizza.” Now I understand that pizzas take time to cook. The most amazing part of the situation was that they served 3 other people while the line grew to 7 cars. I got there around 6:05pm on a Friday night.

Ordered three large and not a one was completely cooked. I understand that they get slammed but don't make us ill.

Update: two different dashers attempted to pick up my order. Neither were successful. Store closed at 11pm. Order never filled.

Ordered DoorDash online at 1006 pm. It’s 1040 pm and the dasher is waiting for the order. Lame. They close at 11pm. Likely won’t get food. If I do, it will be cold.

Used to be great... Good customer service and good pizza, something happened, possibly new management? Since then it's been opposite land and I am utterly and completely done with this place.

Always busy specially on weekends.
Pizza just came out of the oven and only drove 4 minutes and pizza was cold. First time that happens. I don't think the pizza was hot enough.

I love Little Caesars! You can't beat the price and the quality is always good. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and helpful!

Original I left a good review years ago. Haven’t had any issues. Quick pizza at reasonable price, but I got to say staff was really friendly last night, I cannot say the same about the guy I spoke with today. I didn’t even get his name. He hung up on me when I was trying to explain. I came in last night 09/26 was about 9:30ish. Not too long before they close.

My mistake for not checking the pizza before I left. I would have got a remake. Didn’t see until I got home. I normally do. Hey I figured never been wrong before on a simple cheese and pepperoni pizza. But What is This!!! lol..

Dude didn’t have to be rude and hang up on me! Bad business! Over a $16 order lol… If you are miserable with your job, go find one where you’re happy. Life is choice and you choose to work where you at, just like everyone else. Hopefully whoever you are your day goes better.

Learn how to talk to people. You never know what the person on the other line is going through. That goes BOTH WAYS!!Being rude is unacceptable and unnecessary. Regardless! Peace and Positive Vibes!

We ordered a custom round pizza -onion, green pepper and mushroom. We even gave a tip. This pizza was so disgusting and they don’t even answer the phone when you try to call him. There was no sauce on the pizza and it was filled with too many green peppers and onions and damn near RAWWWW!!!! DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING!!!!!!

I can only speak for my experience but both guys that were working were professional and prompt. I think the cashier is Jalique and I didn't get the other young guys name who brought my pizza out to my car. Appreciate you fellas.

I went to this location after seeing the thin crust pizza on a commercial. Which is included as a hot and ready. My husband and I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni. We got there a little after 8 pm. The guy at the register said they did not have thin crust pizzas, only classics. I asked how long it would be on the thin crust. He stated 6 minutes. We paid and pulled off to the side and waited 10 minutes just just to be given the pizza that we didn't want.
