My pizza was undercooked! The center was still gooey. The guy was alone making food with no gloves on. Won't be returning.

First time at this location my order wasn't right but the pizza was good and the service was fast I couldn't believe it but they forgot the Pepsi. Called back spoke to manager Q and he was professional, polite and made a bad experience into a good experience. Thanks. #Will be back

Called 15 to 20 minutes away from the store for a personal pizza was told it would be ready in 16 minutes. Got there and it wasn't ready was told it would be another 15 minutes. I can appreciate that there was only 2 people working and 7 cars out front but this is unacceptable will not go there again. There are plenty of other places to get pizza that have just as good pizza if not better.

Ordered our pizza on the way to Marco's. We were 15 or 20 minutes away. Got there and the food was not ready. Had to wait another 15 minutes before getting the food. I don't think that this is acceptable but I do appreciate that. There was only two people working in the place and there was six cars out front

My son love their pizza like no other, he is 4 years old and can eat a box of pizza to himself. No he's not obese he just got s big appetite. No idea how but I'm grateful for the promos Marcos have.

Worse pizza ever. It was my first time trying Marco's. I should have known my order wasn't going to be good when I watched the guy make pizzas without plastic gloves on. Then, when I got home, my pizza wasn't fully cook through and the wings were cold. Phew, aweful and pitful.

Marco's managed to do it again. Another TWO absolutely AMAZING Za's from one of our favorite pizza places in Newport News. Always incredible. Never had a bad Za from this joint yet. The food is good but the order is rarely right. It’s been years of the same kinds of issues. If you get the right thing, it’s great other times you get home and have a BBQ pizza instead of a Hawaiian, no sauces, and then have to call and ask for a refund. Not what we wanted. (Yes we should have checked at the store but I wasn’t the one that picked it up.) it’s been a long time since we’ve ordered and will be a long time before we try again. (I called and Will said I’d be getting a refund within a few days for the pizza and the 4 sauce cups we didn’t get so it was handled but disappointed again).
Terrible service horrible service I ordered my pizza they never delivered it to me then told me they delivered it to me I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get him to answer the phone so I could tell him they didn't deliver my pizza I would never ever eat there again terrible place

We used to love Marcos, always friendly, great pizzas and always great delivery service. However, they are now using door dash drivers. Every single time our order is messed up and pizzas are cold. Tonight, we were missing two items. I called and said they could only give me a credit. I was okay with that until the credit was a flat $10 which was less than what they missing items added up to. They weren't ugly on the phone, but they weren't friendly either.

This is the third and most likely last time I will purchase pizza from here, today I bought a pepperoni pizza and by the time I got home the grease was running out of the box. Upon opening the pizza it was running in grease and was wet, absolutely horrible , nothing like pizzas I had from here before! Not a happy eater !!
