I go here multiple times a week....I have had 3 instances where something was left off my pizza!!!! I don't stress it because I love this place and the employees too but this is pissing me TF off! I called and was told that "someone saw 'No' for another item and they thought it was for THAT item too.....I finally think I'm going elsewhere for my pizzas from now on.

Placed an order for a deluxe, sausage magnifico, and a chicken BBQ pizza. When the order was delivered they handed me 2 cheese pizzas and a mushroom and spinach pizza. I called the store and the guy who answered kept telling me the order was already delivered after explaining 3 different times I know but what was delivered was wrong. He finally agreed to just refund the order entirely. Hopefully that really happens.

I called and placed an order for delivery to the hospital. I gave specific directions to the manager for the driver. The driver did not follow directions and took my food. I then called the manager to check on the status of my order , not knowing the driver supposedly came twice. I wouldn’t have known that because the driver didn’t call as directed. The manager then stated she can’t make her employee use his gas to deliver food, but that’s the whole purpose of a delivery driver. Anyways I decided to get a refund. The whole experience was disappointing, especially because I work at the hospital and can’t leave .

I love the pizza. We always order a specialty pizza. At first i would always receive my order as requested, however the last few months they have been ignoring the garlic and romasean crust ON ALL MY ORDERS. When we ask them about it, the attitude and the lack of responsibility in wanting to correct the issue is too much.

Good pizza for a good price. The employees are always courteous and I've never received a wrong order. I've never had too little toppings from the denbigh location and it's always right on time for pick-up.
Ordered by phone prior to picking up, employee on the phone was nice and respectful.Once I arrived to pick up order he made sure I didn’t forget my drink, and the pizza was fresh.

I ordered a pizza and they took 2 hours and I called them and they said they didn't have a delivery driver, they should have told me that at first. I am not sure if I got my money back ? I won't order from them again ?
I never had a pizza I didn’t like until tonight. Ordered thin crust pepperoni and it was very hard. Someone else’s review said it perfectly - cardboard with no flavor. I’ve had other Marco’s and they were delicious so not sure if it’s just this location or if their thin crust is meant to be as hard as a rock. Pic to show there is absolutely zero flexibility to this slice of brick.
