10:49pm This management company needs improvement. Don’t eat here it is bad customer service. I dont eat here but had a taste for french fries. I walked into the store there was already an older gentleman waiting to order. Not one person helped him. So he left. Carlos ( manager ) never recognized that I was standing there. Didnt ask if I needed help or if I wanted to order. An older kind gentleman was told by Carlos to shut & lock the doors I was still standing at the register. Carlos still did not say anything which is beyond unprofessional as a manager. The older gentleman asked what I wanted & I said a large French Fry. He told Carlos to tell me to go thru the drive thru after I have been waiting 5-6 minutes at the register. I ended up leaving instead. These franchises need to be held accountable for their unprofessionalism.

Yesterday at 5:45pm I used the drive-in window to purchase food for my grandson @ your J Clyde location. The line was long and it took us about forty-five minutes to get served. When we ordered the food was placed in the bag with a 1/2 container of french fries. I asked the window person if I could have the rest of my fries. She stated she could not take the bag back once it was given to me - well she called a manger because I was not leaving with half my order. The manager took my bag and ask the French Fry Queen to put more fries in the bag. I was watching as she proceeded to throw the fries in the bag very unprofessionally. This is not the time nor is this the time to be lossing your job. If you don't want to work, she should stay at home or find another job. My business and others are the reason she has a job. I will never stop for another sandwich at this location. the cost of this order was expensive and to receive half the food is not acceptable. What are your thoughts on this action from one of your employees? Thanks and have a nice day. Virgie Beck

The location it's ok in general and you must be careful entering from JCLYDE side entrance since it has been a couple of accidents... Staff, it's hit or miss at times...

5 January 2025 - Stopped here for a quick bite around Sunday lunch. Fast and friendly service, unlike most McDonald’s, and actually seemed to care. Clean too!

It's hit or miss here. Last pizza I bought didn't have the butter garlic on the crust. The crust was dry. Also we waited in the lobby for 10 mins no one was there. We had to scream a few times to get someone's attention from the back.
