Dorian provided such premier customer service! I placed a mobile order that included the grinch meal. Unfortunately, they were out. But Dorian was super helpful, he did not get annoyed (like folks at other locations) when I asked how I could get refunded. He graciously helped me try and figure it out for a good bit! We ended up just getting it refunded in cash but I am thankful for his time and attention to help me on this! He went above and beyond so thank you!

The workers are always extremely rude, we asked for extra sauce she took our bag going through it looking for the sauce she already put in there, turns out she did not put any sauce in there so the 3 (extra) I was given was what I was suppose to receive. The tea always taste like chemicals the food is never fresh. I used to mange a McDonald’s, this location sucks

Unacceptable wait times. As of now my grandson has been in there for 37 minutes. I went inside after waiting for him for 30 minutes and he ordered but still waiting on his ticket. Gobs of people in there waiting. This place sucks

Did not receive the Nuggets with mcvalue meal. Got 5 miles down the road and realized there was barbecue sauce in there but no nuggets. I tried to call and tell the manager that they’re falling down on the job, but they don’t have a phone that answers!!!!!!!! Not going back to get them it’s just the principle of the thing.

Went thru drive thru. Around 2:45 on the 23 Oct. Sat in line for 30 min. I had a code from the app. I told the guy. He say give it to me. I gave him the code. I started to give him my order. He said GIVE ME YOUR CODE. I gave him the code again. Started the order. He said I need the code. It told him this is the 3rd and last time I give it to him. He then proceeds to tell me that it does not work!! Everytime I try to use a code it does not work. I asked the guy what can we do. He said I don't care what you do. He was extremely rude. I worked CS for 25 years. If I spoke to a customer like he spoke to me I would of been fired. You employees need more training. I left I will never step another foot in any McDonalds. Ever
