Every time you put in a mobile order and go to pick it up there's always a problem or it's not ready .funny thing is the drive thru is slow so I'm confused! I almost missed my lunch break last week dealing with them. This location is a hot mess!

They were starting to get better and now they are the same crappy McDonald’s they used to be. I set out never got my food. I walked inside and they acted like they were too good to come up to the register. I will never shop here again and I will ask my bank to return my money. McDonald’s at this location has turned back into the original crap it was Seven months ago

IT TOOK MY ENTIRE 1 HOUR LUNCH BREAK TO GET FRIES!!! no one ever came through to the drive thru speaker after 20 mins. 4 cars left. Unsure why I stayed but as there was no one in front of me I drove thru to the window and asked for fries.
Get to second window. Have to wait. For fries. Its been 45 minutes! Currently leaving these fries behind me to go starving back to work. How long is it going to be for fries. Do the fries exist.

I got the 5 dollar meal plus a 6 piece nugget....i got everything on the meal... u got a empty 6 nug box...whoever enjoy my 4$
I have always loved McDonald's! Big Macs and Filet o Fish are favorites! And McDonald's has the best fries; especially when they are fresh out if the fryer with salt! One issue I have though. Recently they have stopped serving hot chocolate. Why!?

Big Mac ordered with no onions and lettuce came with one patty. Correction came with onions and lettuce. Total disappointment with no regard to do better or provide reasonable customer satisfaction. Terrible location.
