The cashier was terrible. I ordered a hamburger and he said so only ketchup, no I want the bacon and cheese. "Only bacon and cheese?" No, whatever it comes with. He said well you didn't say a letter. No wonder why machine's are replacing people at fast food restaurants

Fries were hot, haven’t tried burgers yet. But the attitude from Nat or Nate was enough to almost want me to ask for a refund. Literally shoving drinks and bags to me as I’m packing the stuff into my car, I understand it’s lunch time and a rush but the attitude was terrible, do better.

My son and his grandmother went there for lunch today and the young man that took there order was very rude. She told him my son didn't order a coke and the young man gave her a dirty look and just walked away from her, then my 7 year old son yelled that he didn't order a coke. The young man walked back up and said "oh your right" and spiked the drink into the trash next to them. Got his new drink and practically slammed it on the counter. My son also ordered double fries for his happy meal but instead got fries and apple slices that were already browning and slimy.It's really sad that customer service and friendliness towards the elderly and kids has disappeared. I'm more surprised that the managers allow their staff to act in the manor and treat customers in a disgusting way.I'm waiting for her to find the receipt with the cashers name so I can go up there and talk with a manager or call the owner because who ever the individual is needs to be retrained, put in the back away from customers or given the boot.Kid-friendliness: Not a kid friendly place with their attitude towards young kids are. Definitely take your kids to a different one.

The customer service I receive at this McDonald's is impeccable. The gentleman running the drive through are so kind and efficient even at 6 in the morning. I didn't catch the gentleman running the cash registers name but he called me by name after he swiped my card and had a mask on and the gentleman that handed me my food asked me if I needed any condiments I believe his nametag said Tracey. I will and would drive out of my way to come to this particular McDonald's! Also the food was extremely fresh and the ice coffee was perfect. Thank you

I had the best experience at this McDonalds location, its' been a week since I visited and I had to make sure that they were publicly recognized. The General Manager, Shameka, made sure I had the easiest order experience. I had over 12 orders 5 mins before dinner time and she went above and beyond to make sure that each meal was bagged individually. As soon as my colleague and I walked into the store we were greeted multiple times and Marvon, one of the team members made sure that were was taken care of and helped us to the car with our large order. Thank you to Shameka, Marvon, and the McDonalds team for leading with kindness and professionalism. Our organization will definitely be purchasing from this business again. Keep up the great work guys, it matters!

The staff here have 0 empathy whatsoever. I found myself in the most bizarre situation where my phone was left in a friend's car so i was stuck here to4 literal hours and I'm talking like 6 hours . Let me ensure you i was already aware i was here for an extremely long time. I really did not want to trust me. There are plenty of places I would love to get stuck at and McDonald's with out any of my debit cards and phone was not the top of my list. Towards the end of my extended entrapment, the staff could be heard being very judgemental and being seriously rude. One of them even muttered how they can't effing understand why someone would be here so long. It literally costs nothing to have a little compassion and understanding. I will make sure I never come near this toxic pile of cement ever again.

This place never changes, no matter who they hire. Sucks because it’s the closest McDonalds near us, but it never fails. Their attitudes suck, it’s the slowest fast food place around here, and they just don’t care and seeing as how this problem has been going on for years, McDonalds don’t give a damn either.
