During the evening shifts is fine, dont bother with breakfast tho the will either say their card reader is down or tell you hold on then let ya sit for 10+ mins like come on anyone there that early is on a bit of a time crunch. DO BETTER

Drive thru is hit or miss since the remodel and becoming 24 hrs. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order, but nobody came. Had to go to work with no breakfast. NOT A GOOD WAY TO START THE DAY!!! Need to get your act together or go back to the operating hours before the remodel. Keeping your loyal customers waiting for 10 minutes for service is not the way to do and keep doing business. Epic fail!!

First time in YEARS I’ve had a good experience at McDonald’s. The gentleman was polite, respectful, and remembered napkins, sauce, as well as straws. Told me to enjoy my food ☺️ which made it that much more delicious and enjoyable! He deserves a raise!

This place is clueless when it comes to orders and getting them right. Been there twice now and refuse to go back. Every time I place an order, half of it is missing or cold and nasty. Can bring it back, and they will still mess it up the second time. No apologies, nothing. They act like you are there getting a handout and not spending money for food. Please take the extra few minutes and go do the one on J Clyde. This one is poorly managed/run.

the employees on a personal level are kind and courteous. however every order I have had from this location has either had issues or taken 30 minutes to get AFTER ordering ahead of time on the app. tried "spoiling" myself today using the points I had saved up however upon arrival i was informed my order wasnt in the system. go inside and suddenly the order is marked as "picked up". speak to an associate and was told they'd have it right out. wait 15 minutes no resolution. waited another 5 minutes still no resolution. after asking to speak to the manager they walk 5 feet to the drive through order window, grabs my bag with my order information on it and hands it to me. Seriously stay away from this place if you're on lunch break or go to the one across jefferson. you'll save not only time but also frustration.
