worst service ever of my life, straight up ignored us at the kiosk and rudely asked us if we were paying with card or cash. Then when we asked for a sauce, the old white lady threw had the audacity to throw it on the counter and walked away !! unbelievable. so we threw it back to her.

I came to this location at 6:43pm to get my grandbabies some cookies. This is what I received. I told the manager that the cookies were not done. He insisted that he allowed to cool for boxing. Clearly he lied. And this is what he's COMFORTABLE WITH serving his customers. I am disappointed and so are my grandbabies.

Came here around 1045 the lobby at the rest of the restaurants owned by the same company lobby is open til 11pm. When I walked in to pick up my order I was told I had to leave back out because the last person that left didn't lock the door. Drive thru wrapped around the building and employees here are very, very rude. Definitely need a management change. Atmosphere very sour. Need someone from corporate to get in touch with me asap and I also will be back to speak with the store manager tomorrow.

Beneath 2 restaurants here and Hampton Rose area to McDonald's.And the service both time was terrible.Either.They don't know how to train your people anymore.Which McDonald's was known for well or they just don't care.With the prices being this high in the service dispatlamcdonald's is making bank period they should be investigated for price gouging

McDs has gone down hill in the last few years. Fries are hardly ever hot or salty. Workers act as if the fries come out of their check so you don't get as many. The burgers are saltier than they should be. The patty ain't but so thick. I don't order the quarter pounder anymore. They stingy on the ketchup, mustard, bacon, lettuce, tomato. But are overly generous with the mayo.
Worst experience at a mcdonalds, arguing with customers, order was wrong, food took for ever.

I came on a Saturday at 10:30 PM not only was it extremely busy but how do you charge $1.79 for a large ice and the cup is not full I also paid for a small Sprite and the cup is not full and the food is lukewarm

It's McDonalds, so like, who cares, but also every time I come here, no matter which lane I choose at the drive through, it's the wrong lane because I get completely ignored while they go through every person in the opposite lane until I drive all the way around and get in the other lane. Then sometimes I get skipped over again. Why even bother having two open lanes? After the last time this happened I also didn't get half my food. At this point it's my own fault for coming to this location in the first place, lmao.
