Just like the last McD's I visited, my order was wrong again! It has been several months since the last visit (somewhere else) so I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but NOOOoooo, the orders wrong again! Even at this place the employees want to laugh & talk & show phone pictures to each other instead of making orders. The order was printed on the ticket from the kiosk HOW CAN YOU GET THAT WRONG?? I give up. Never again will I visit another.

What’s the point of the app if I can’t order ahead? Ordering on the app so my food is ready when I arrive is the point of ordering ahead. Not for yall to tell my father he can’t pick up the food because I’m not there, my phone wasn’t in radius to signal to make the food or whatever else. So annoying.
And then when people ask for help, yall just walk away from them like you can’t be bothered. Yall are working there it’s your job!
Top it off, yall don’t even process refunds to people when there is issues, you tell them to call the app & when they do they learn it’s up to each individual McDonald’s to do refunds. Yall really just don’t wanna do your jobs. Then the manager calls one time says she’s gonna take care of it and never does. Ridiculous. Not to mention, you don’t even put half the stuff on the sandwiches that it’s supposed to have. It even shows in the picture what is on it and yall can’t even comprehend that, let alone if it’s spelled right out in front of you.
What’s sad, is this is the best McDonald’s in the are, the others are even worse or have fkn cockroaches all over. Absolutely disgusting.
Parking: It’s impossible to park in the lot because all their spots are blocked by the drive thru lane. If you do park in there, be warned, you’ll get stuck because of the drive thru. Whoever designed this lot is an idiot. And don’t even think about parking in front of the store where they have parking, I’ve seen multiple accidents there because people from the drive thru come flying out and hit cars backing up or hit someone waiting in the drive thru.

2 Sundays in a row I’ve gone to through the drive thru after work around 2:30ish am and the 2 gentlemen there are great!!! Good customer service and wow top tier McDonald’s food. Best McDonalds burger I think I’ve had in the longest time. Slightly crisped around the edges and everything!!! Fresh hot crispy fries!!!

I gave it 2 stars because the food was good. The customer service was horrible. Waited 15 or 20 minutes with just one car in front of me. The first window just stuck the device out for payment and didn't say a word. The second window, the lady with red hair handed me the bag an looked at me without saying a word as if I was an inconvenience to her. I also asked how she was doing a still not a word. So rude.
this mcdonalds specifically has no business being so good and tasty. ill never complain about having to wait any amount of time its always so hot and fresh❗️ AND I KNOW they know their sweet tea is revolutionary

I had to wait like 7 minutes to get my order taken then to have my food given to me, so like a total of 15 minutes waiting. They got my sauce wrong, asked for BBQ and got 3 ranch. Finally, my shake was not filled all the way. Not coming here again.
