I had a disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a $4 bundle and requested extra mayo on my sandwich since they usually only add a small amount. Instead of accommodating my request, the staff responded with sarcasm, which was frustrating. Additionally, they gave me two nuggets with no sauce. In the picture, you can't see the scoops of mayonnaise that I removed.

Whoever owns or runs this McDonald's should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Watch the video, this was the music we were subject to while eating here. And the food was wrong, but I just ate what I got and left. Not another dime will be spent at this location.

According to their website and door, their lobby is supposed to be open until midnight every night. I was told tonight at 9:45 pm that they were closed in the lobby, and the worker that told me was very rude. I tried opening the door, and the employee said you can't get in there, but I can.. and proceeded to bang on the door for them to let said employee in. Then I waited in line for 30 minutes

If I could rate this a zero, I would. Food sucks. Orders are always wrong. Service sucks. Rude and don't care about customers, and if you try to get your order fixed, the manager starts arguing with you like they paid for it. Montys penguin is right up the street. Go there.
