Terrible food. Used mobile app. Got home and was surprised to see the eggs were not fluffy in fact they were nearly burned and not edible.

My order is 95% of the time made incorrectly or missing items or condiments. It doesn't matter if it is breakfast time or lunch.

I am very disappointed in this McDonald's location. My granddaughter works there and the manager had her standing outside for 40 minutes to be let in to work to finally to be let in the building to the workers saying she is not on the schedule and to come back at 1 pm. Mi d you it's cold outside at 9 am and the scheduling manager did not put her on the schedule as he stated. Very disappointed in this company.

We had the best customer service on our drive thru order! Both employees we interacted with at the pay and pick up windows were so friendly and kind. It was the day after Christmas and their cheerful attitudes on working near a holiday made our day!

Went here back on 11/12/24, while I was in the Richmond area to photograph bald eagles. I stopped by for lunch, and ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal, no salt on fries, and dr pepper. Nothing really stood out, it was what I expected. Service was a little slow in the drive-thru. I worked at McDonald's a long time ago, and I always took pride in making my food look very neat, not too much cheese on one side, and try to not have it be sloppy for customer. You really don't have to worry about a cheeseburger being sloppy, unless you ask for extra ketchup or mustard possibly. One of my buns looked like it was hit like a family feud buzzer, and they were light on the fries. I would recommend this location and you judge for yourself. I may potentially revisit, and see if they have stepped it up any.

The worst McDonalds in the country. Your' lazy and incompetent employees make this McDonalds the absolute slowest. The food looks disgusting after you have waited 15 minutes for your order... oh that's if you even get a chance to order your food. During the ordering process you have to deal with the most idiotic and rude staff you'll ever have to deal with in your life. This location should be shut down immediately....

I try to avoid this location if I can. It’s slow, understaffed, and the food prep is never fresh. The staff always seem annoyed about something. I waited 20 min for 3 breakfast sandwiches and the worker essentially dismissed me when I asked how much longer it was going to take.

It's okay. Convenient location to my apartment. Is currently hiring, is frequently understaffed (maybe if management offered better compensation they could hire more employees).

EDIT: 11/1/24 Quality has gotten worse, this restaurant never gets my order right. I may as well tell the order taker to give me whatever she wants, because I'm not going to get what I order.
