I hate this McDonald! 45 min wait for food are you kinding me ….and no ice cream ….no wraps…..no nuggets……no burger……and then on top of that being rude and yelling at me for trying to order. Talk about killing the business. Need to clean up this place and really look at the comments cause people aren’t lying.

Giaimo Management runs some respectable locations, however this one seems to give them a pretty bad look.
The crew has instilled a closed minded, me first, customer last method of getting things done. Gaslighting, deflecting, and misinformation are not proper ways to do business, even if you are the cash cow location that benefits off its geographical location.
I hope to see them to reform and reclaim the qualities of the other locations, dedicating themselves to customer service and valuing all the aspects of the job, putting humble effort towards accepting how to learn something unfamiliar rather than making an excuse and bold face lie as a cover up.

What a wild ride we had here. Before we even got to the drive-thru line, we witnessed people with pit bulls, a brawl in front of the store, and no one bothering to clean up the trash scattered all over the parking lot. Before my wife could order her food, the cashier was boldly proclaiming their passion for customer service over the PA system, promising to treat some customer like a gutted fish if they came back in. They went on a less than motivational rant for 2 or 3 minutes before finally acknowledging us. We were invited to come inside and order since the drive-thru registers were on the fritz. However, after witnessing the dramatic conclusion of the fight and hearing the cashier's over-the-top enthusiasm, we decided to explore other options. I'm sure this was probably just another day at the office for this restaurant, and I wish them continued success in their apparent quest for chaos.

I should have known to drive off when they stated they were only taking orders inside. I parked and came inside - total disaster. The floors smelled like old mop water , dirty rags left on the drink counter, trash, and spilled beverages everywhere . The overall cleanliness of this store was nothing above subpar !
The manager was up front taking orders & also on her phone . I stood there for a moment , clearly her conversation was more important - planning her exit from the company . She only half listened to what i said and did not confirm the order. I had to ask her to before i paid. She hands the phone off to an assuming second manager and cursed out staff members who were “lounging” in the dining area. Threatening to write them up because “If I can’t sit down neither can y’all . Get up before i write you up “ This store needs more training and better managers .
My order as well as many others were missing food! No one in this establishment knows how to talk to anyone or have any decorum for customer service. Every time DoorDash drivers came in - the staff could not be bothered . This store needs a complete redo between its staff and training .
Honestly this place seemed more like a family cookout than a business establishment . Family hanging out in the lobby and the comments flying from person to person , truly was appalling . Go to any McDonald’s but this one !

I arrived at the drive thru i was asked to wait i waited for 10 min just for her to come back and tell me they were only doing door dash orders this is not the first time something has happened like this. I would not recommend anyone to go here. The customer service is horrible i will not be returning.If not gonna be open 24 hour take the sign down.and I arrived before 11 o'clock.

I don't know what happened here but for the last few times morning team absolutely horrible with customer service! 10am 6/29/25 we came to drive through and ordered Large vanilla Latte the lady on speaker said something absolutely not understandable. We wait 2 minutes and asked will we be able to get coffee- SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED!!!!! We wait little bit for respond, didn't get it and left.

Okay I hate fast food but sometimes I must eat it. I choose to stop in at this McDonald's and from the moment I walked in it was not normal. The positive mental attitude is amazing. They were communicating the way teams used to do back in the day. They greeted me at the door. If a worker said anything the other workers responded happily.... Absolutely impressive. Clean restroom clean lobby.... Again I'm saying this as someone who absolutely can't stand fast food joints anymore. Thank you to this one store. A major step above and in the right direction.

Employees didn’t say one word to me. I said ‘thank you’ and ‘have a nice day’….nothing. I also asked for my receipt and the lady shut the drive thru window without saying anything and then came back and shoved the receipt out. This place is horrible. These workers are America’s worst.
