Okay I hate fast food but sometimes I must eat it. I choose to stop in at this McDonald's and from the moment I walked in it was not normal. The positive mental attitude is amazing. They were communicating the way teams used to do back in the day. They greeted me at the door. If a worker said anything the other workers responded happily.... Absolutely impressive. Clean restroom clean lobby.... Again I'm saying this as someone who absolutely can't stand fast food joints anymore. Thank you to this one store. A major step above and in the right direction.

Employees didn’t say one word to me. I said ‘thank you’ and ‘have a nice day’….nothing. I also asked for my receipt and the lady shut the drive thru window without saying anything and then came back and shoved the receipt out. This place is horrible. These workers are America’s worst.

Customer service is not good! Wrong food in my order and I tried to call them and nobody ever picks up! I've called 5 times and someone just pick up and hang up. The last time I went inside the girl was being very verbally abusive to me so I will take my money elsewhere and I suggest you do the same if you want a friendly face and right food. 2601 Jefferson Avenue. Just because you're downtown you don't have to act like the environment!!!!! Mad and upset Customer 😡

I like the way this McDonald's is remodel. The service was good. McDonald's burgers taste like fish to me. So I only order the chicken sandwich. The tea was really sweet. Too sweet. But again the service was a 10

This McDonald's sucks After the self check out wouldn't let me select a drink and standing in line for what seemed like an hr or so wait for them to take two people orders I just left smh. On another visit after this one I did drive thru and this was some of the worst McDonald's food I have had not the worst but in the top 5 of bad McDonald's. Sad to say the list of bad McDonald's is way longer than the list of good ones.

Came through the drive through last night with a mobile order already placed. Waited on the drive through, stuck there due to other cars so couldn’t leave and cancel order, for 25 minutes. When I finally got my food I left without checking to ensure my order was correct, then again why should I have to check since the employees are paid to ensure I get what I ordered and make sure the food customers get is fresh and cooked properly. 3 mins later I got home and went through my food. The chicken nuggets I ordered were stone cold and hard as brick, the fries were also hard and cold, and the extra kid fry was missing since I ordered a kids meal with an extra fry instead of a toy. With bad fries like that they can keep them. The long waits after 10pm seem to be common across all McDonald’s in the area. So to summarize, long wait at the drive though= cold ass food at the end.
